Anyone else struggling with loud sleep farts?
One thing I found that helps is eating less. I found that out when I did my Covid quarantine in Bangkok. I was kept slightly hungry all the time because I could not go out and eat as much as I wanted. One consequence was that I was hardly farting at all. -

Your opinions but people have the right to choose their own medical advice options. Opening the pandora box of changing the amendments would create more hate and discontent than ever before. No one would agree on anything. As bad as it is now, it would only get worse. Similar to the Biden/ Harris transition. -

Thailand raises retirement age to 65 for all sectors
Under the current system, anyone earning over 15,000 baht per month, so a lot of bank and office workers in your examples, with 20+ years of payments will receive an SSO pension of 4-5,000 baht. Lower salaries with lower contributions will receive less. And most farm workers, construction workers and people on the street are probably not paying into the SSO system. Employees are also entitled to receive a retirement severance payment based on their years of service and final salary. So if they've been with a company for 20 years or more, they get a payment equivalent to 400 days' salary, 10 years is 300 days etc. It maybe of interest to some here that working continuously for an employer on two-year contracts, for example, your years still add up for the final severance payment. -

Thailand to build own trains, expand rail network to 7,500 km
Currently the nearest railway station to me in rural Kamphaeng Phet, is at Nakhon Sawan 140km away. That means getting 6km to the big village (No public transport), catch the bus, change buses at Lat Yao 70 km away from the big village to get to Nakhon Sawan bus station. Catch another bus to the railway station about 10km out of town. The next nearest station is at Phitsanulok about 180 km away. I am 80, and that wont happen in my lifetime. My wife is 59 and it probably won't happen in her lifetime either. -
