Who has experienced this before and fought back? My Thai partner rented a room in Hua Hin and now has to pay 800 Baht for water according to last month's bill. Previously, this was a maximum of 100 Baht per month. It turns out that a water pipe is broken. It is probably the landlord's responsibility to repair this. He refuses and wants to throw my girlfriend out if she doesn't pay and keep the 3500 Baht deposit. No chance of getting help from the responsible water company or the police. Please send comments from tenants who have had practical experience with this, no theorists please, thank you!
