Why would she give it back you essentially gave it to her? If anyone is to blame it is you. Act foolishly and this is what you get. Get over it, for all purposes you gave it her you cant complain now. If you report it to the police she could take legal action against you for accusing her of theft when you gave her the money.

Not about being a Cheap jack...it about not looking like a fool because in Thai culture, Yes, they will do all the bows and waïs if you pay the cheating high rate, but inside themselves, the lady will think "oh man what a fool this falalg". ... On the other hand if you openly and politely challenge the rate as to high she may say NO...but inside herself any woman will find the guy more attractive.....that's how ladies function all over the world and mainly in Thailand and Asia...
