Trump White House Official Calls for Trump to Be Arrested for Threatening Liz Cheney

If you look at the video I posted above you will see it's about Liz Cheney being a war hark and wanting to pick fights with countries. Trump basically says put a gun in her hand with nine guns pointed at her head and see how she feels about sending people to war then. Basically put her in the shoes of the soldiers and she'd quickly change her hawkish views. People forget that Trump was actually anti Iraq war. Look at the YT post for yourself. See if you think he's asking for her to be put in front of a firing squad as a previous poster has said or invoking firearm violence against her. I'll reattach it. Starts 7:20.

You're still explaining.

Trump really threw a curve at you.

If what you believe is true... then explain why Biden is not behind bars right now for telling people at his rally to put the crosshairs on Trump and then 2 days later he is almost assasinated. Surely, that should have laid charges for inciting someone to shoot Trump. And then someone did try... twice.

Bullseye

During a private donor call, he remarked, “It’s time to put Trump in a bull’s-eye,” intending to emphasize refocusing his campaign’s efforts on defeating Trump in the 2024 election.

Maybe if someone had thrown a dart him......180!

I know a lot about trump and I think it's beyond debate that he's far right. Anyone supporting him is guilty by association.

Okay, I'll bite - list the far right policies that Trump introduced during his Presidency.

General disposition to white supremacy is the elephant in the room. Should we have a conversation about project 2025?

Do you see the Dems dismantling capitalism? I don't. Did any bankers responsible for the GFC go to jail? Obama was heavily criticized for not taking it to the wall street moguls. I really think you're just labeling, you can't be serious.

I had a hunch you were playing dumb but I see that's not the case, you're not "playing" at it.

Okay, I'll bite - list the far right policies that Trump introduced during his Presidency.

During Donald Trump’s presidency, several right-wing policies were implemented across various areas, including immigration, the economy, deregulation, and judicial appointments. Here’s a breakdown of key policies:

1. Immigration:

Border Security and Immigration Restrictions: Trump prioritized building a wall on the U.S.-Mexico border and implemented stricter immigration enforcement. He expanded the “Remain in Mexico” policy (Migrant Protection Protocols), which required asylum seekers to stay in Mexico while awaiting U.S. court hearings .

Travel Ban: The administration imposed travel restrictions on several Muslim-majority countries, citing national security concerns. This “travel ban” was revised multiple times and faced legal challenges but was ultimately upheld by the Supreme Court in 2018 .

2. Tax Cuts and Economic Policies:

Tax Cuts and Jobs Act (TCJA): One of Trump’s hallmark achievements was the TCJA, which lowered corporate tax rates from 35% to 21% and provided tax cuts for individuals, with more significant benefits for higher-income earners. The policy aimed to stimulate economic growth by incentivizing investment and spending  .

Deregulation: Trump emphasized reducing federal regulations, particularly those affecting businesses. The administration rolled back numerous environmental protections, including the Clean Power Plan, and eased regulations on industries such as oil, gas, and coal. His administration claimed to cut or simplify thousands of regulations that were viewed as burdensome for economic growth .

3. Healthcare:

Attempted Repeal of the Affordable Care Act (ACA): Although Trump was unsuccessful in repealing the ACA (Obamacare) entirely, his administration removed the individual mandate, which required Americans to have health insurance or face a penalty. This move was seen as undermining the ACA and was part of broader efforts to reduce government involvement in healthcare .

4. Judicial Appointments:

Conservative Judges: Trump appointed three Supreme Court justices—Neil Gorsuch, Brett Kavanaugh, and Amy Coney Barrett—shifting the Court to a 6-3 conservative majority. He also appointed hundreds of federal judges, transforming the judiciary with a focus on originalist and conservative interpretations of the law  .

5. Foreign Policy:

“America First” Doctrine: Trump’s foreign policy emphasized prioritizing American interests. He withdrew the U.S. from the Paris Climate Agreement and the Iran nuclear deal, arguing that these agreements were unfair to the U.S. He also renegotiated trade deals, notably the USMCA (United States-Mexico-Canada Agreement), which replaced NAFTA  .

6. Second Amendment and Gun Rights:

Trump supported gun rights and advocated for Second Amendment protections. While his administration enacted a bump-stock ban following the 2017 Las Vegas shooting, his stance generally aligned with pro-gun policies, including support from organizations like the NRA.

7. Religious Freedom and Social Policy:

Support for Religious Liberties: Trump’s administration promoted religious freedom policies, such as protections for religious institutions in areas like healthcare and education. He also worked to expand the rights of religious organizations to participate in public life without restriction .

Restrictions on Abortion Funding: The administration reinstated and expanded the “Mexico City Policy,” which prohibited U.S. funding to foreign NGOs that perform or promote abortion as a method of family planning.

These policies reflected Trump’s commitment to traditional conservative principles and were widely supported by his right-wing base.

And yet another hoax is born.

The genuine American left regard the Cheney family as rancid scum, the Devil incarnate.

They are not falling for this drivel. They agree with Trump, how fast would Cheney be to declare war if she was on the front line? And this was the received wisdom on the Left for decades.

Liz Cheney is a neocon, she is her father in drag. The neocons detest Trump as they love nothing better than forever wars. They feel they can impose America's will on the world and fear anyone growing strong enough to challenge.

That's the primary reason why the US military budget is wild compared to other countries, and the primary reason why its regarded as virtually traitorous to suggest reducing the budget.

In this, I also blame Trump, as he also fell for the "boast about increasing military spending" blunder.

The USA does not need a near Trillion dollars per year military spend. The country effectively cannot be invaded, and there's no appetite for overseas intervention after the Iraq War etc. More to the point, drone warfare is the next frontier. Soldiers will be replaced by targeted AI flying thousands of small impact explosive drones onto grid targets.

The US military budget is large, because Putin is a threat.

The majority of these are not far right policies and you are kidding yourself by posting this nonsense.

Personally, I have my opinion about abortion. I'm comfortable with British law on the subject.

It's time the Republicans got off the subject and left it to the individual states to decide.

Still can't grasp the concept? There is no context in which invoking firearms in respect to a political opponent is not an incitement to violence. None.

How do you feel that the following comments incite violence:

"Let's put her with a rifle standing [in the warzone] with nine barrels [held by enemy combatants] shooting at her. Let's see how she feels about it. You know, when [she's in a war and the] guns [of the enemy] are trained on her face."

(I edited the quote to honestly reflect the exact context and show what Trump was actually referring to.)

Hilariously clueless about US politics as usual.

Now that Trump killed Roe v. Wide and  it is up to the states, which party do you think is responsible for draconoan laws at the state level? It's the Republicans. DUH.

The problem isn't Trump's intent. The problem is that Trump spoke so poorly that he had to blow 2 days explaining.

As have you.

Or is this another example of 'Trump the Amazing Troller'......knowing exactly what he was saying....but not actually saying it????

You asked what you said is a genuine question and I gave you a genuine answer yet you come back with a trolling radical left wing answer. Says a lot about how the Harris voters/supporters think and how ingenuous they are like their black or is it Indian and what accent do I use here supporters are. FKN disgraceful. I fell for your troll and I'm not happy about that. Thing is how many fall for the outright lies and trolling that you obviously support.

Here's your question: "Genuine question....how was it taken out of context?" Guess it wasn't genuine at all. Bit like Harris.

Of course he is but he is hardly the only foreign threat so I would say the need for a strong military is for multiple good reasons and enjoys bipartisan support.

Ridiculous.  I'm sure you knew exactly what was meant, as did everybody else.

The meaning is completely obvious when the quote isn't deliberately taken out of context (even then it's pretty clear).  The editing was simply to press the other user to comment without the option of intentional misinterpretation.

If you think what Trump said meant "I am encouraging someone, right now, to put a rifle in Cheney's hands, then shoot at her with nine rifles", you have serious mental problems.  (To be fair, you probably don't believe it, you're just lying because you hate Donald Trump.)

There was quite a bit of pushback against Cheney from the liberal left I thought. I guess that will evaporate now.

Why? Ironically Trump's Republican party is now more representative of where the left used to be. The radical progressive left no longer represents what used to be their base. I'm astounded that people can't see this. It's the same globally. In the UK they are well aware that their so called left party has completely abandoned their traditional base. Labour in Australia the same. Ask a left leaning Canadian what they think of their PM. It's insane that I believe Republicans in the US should win the election. W.T.F happened?

Yes they are. Should have arrested him on the spot.

For what? Talking about sending people to their possible deaths in stupid wars? That was the crux of what he said unless of course you believe only what the media tells you. If they are right then I'd agree. Any politician who says their opposition should be lined up and executed in a democracy should face the full force of the law. This won't happen because this wasn't the case because what was said by trump wasn't what the totally biased legacy media has run with. The Dems picked up on a bit of what he said and spun it to their advantage. A total lie and shows what depths they will go to to retain power (sound familiar? TIT).  Whoever cannot see this or says otherwise is either completely stupid or lying.
