Foreign National Arrested for Intimidation with BB Gun, Numerous Weapons Found in Hotel

A 31-year-old Danish man, identified as Mr. Asger Ploug Emborg, was detained by police on November 2 for allegedly threatening local residents and brandishing weapons, including BB guns, in Koh Samui. Authorities were alerted after several victims reported instances of intimidation and harassment.

 

The first report was filed by a Myanmar labourer, who claimed the foreign man had threatened his life. Shortly after, two Thai women also came forward, stating that the man had brandished a BB gun and a machete, throwing objects at their car and shouting at them to leave. The suspect allegedly continued to follow one of the victims in his car, on a public road, overtaking her vehicle and pointing a BB gun out the window, escalating her fear.

 

Later that day, police received another complaint from the manager of a hotel in Maret, where Emborg was staying. Hotel staff reported that he had been causing disturbances by throwing objects at other guests and brandishing a BB gun in the premises.

 

Upon arriving at the scene, police found Mr. Emborg in a state of intoxication. A search of his room and vehicle revealed an alarming cache of items, including a long-barrel BB gun, two BB handguns, a samurai sword, a hatchet, six small knives, plastic BB pellets, and four gas canisters. All items were confiscated as evidence.

 

Police Colonel Den Duang Thongsrisuk of Bo Phut Police Station confirmed that Emborg has been charged with public disturbance. The authorities will conduct further evaluations, including a psychiatric assessment and substance abuse testing, to proceed with legal actions as per the law.

It's a bowl used when people meditate. The bowl is struck with what you call a pestle, and the bowl resonates for a minute or so, giving folks some sort of sensual stimulation and a focal point. It's a Buddhist thing, very common in northern Himachal Pradesh in northern India and neighboring Tibet.

 

What struck me, rather than the bowl, is the spare tires a 31 year old is wearing. With those manboobs, too, he's on the way to looking like a 75-year old retired wet nurse.

Another example of TAT going after quantity instead of quality and making visas too easy for people from these countries.

Thailand do have an influence not for the better for those foreigners staying. It is a place whereby if your mental control is not strong enough ,you go down the tube. 
It is like a kid’s paradise where if you got the means, you can make your fantasy come true. Moreover, you can make all your problems go away with the right connections.

Is that a BB gun that shoots steel balls or the airsoft kind that shoots plastic balls?   

 

Here in the U.S. of A., BB means a .175 inch (4.5 mm or close to it) diameter steel ball.   Airsoft is 6mm plastic ball.
