Polls by the main-stream, "Most-Trusted-News Outlets" which are the "only source of true information on the web" according to some folk?  Biased to the far-left, like those who believe that they are the "only source of true information on the web."

If you want a patina of accuracy, look at the betting odds where people actually have skin in the game.  Can a long-shot win?  Of course.  But the betting market more accurately reflect monied interests who study odds and risk.

Dream on. I have no intention of being gracious, after 4 years of abuse from Biden/ Harris supporters.

All conservatives are human "garbage" don't ya know.  Considering Biden will dissolve into the obscurity to ice-cream cone dementia as he's put out to pasture permanently, I personally can put the Left's hatred of all conservatives and independents in the rear-view mirror and support what will hopefully be a return to conservatism within the country. Like the voters in the EU are now showing as well - the average man and woman on the street are sick and tired of progressive liberalism being shoved down their throats, and they have just pushed back.  However, with that said, the Democrats are rotten to the core and I still keep the possibility open that their elections workers in swing states can still rig the election results before the start of the business day on November 6th in the US.

Thank you American voters.

This election the voters have made sure the election was not stolen.

Trump supporters have voted in a  hugh turnout for Trump.

Thank you American Voters for giving Trump a well deserved victory.

Genuine question.....what was done so very differently to ensure the election integrity was as good as could be?

I know the easy answer is....well this time Trump won.....but are things so different now to 2020 as to how the election was managed?

Sadly looks as though trump has won the 2024 Election. The only blessings I can think off no whining and lies about election loss, no violence encouraged by the loser. I believe US society will deeply regret trump gaining power in the coming few years For me it's having to turn off the news very time I hear his voice.

Has either candidate overturned....if that is the correct term.....a state compared to 2020?

I think that Georgia and Pennsylvania have been flipped.

Immigrants: you left out the key, game-changing word: ILLEGAL. Most Americans -- including Trump -- love immigrants (literally, in his case, and mine). Invading armies of migrants are not "immigrants".

Haitians: Trump actually said something like "the country of Haiti is a <deleted>hole". (Do you disagree?) That's quite different from "demonizing Haitians".

LGBT: don't confuse "hatred" and "not being at the top of the national agenda". They're emphatically not the same thing. I'm sure there are people who hate people in the LGBT community but Trump isn't one of them and neither are any of the MAGA people I know.

The tired Hitler trope is offensive. The only president that's ever thrown Americans in concentration camps was a racist Democrat. And today, it's the left that believes Republicans supporters need "re-education" (marxist dog-whistle for concentration camps).

Moral of the story: don't believe everything you read on MSNBC, NY Times, or Mother Jones.

Perhaps off topic:   Regarding "re-education" ...   I knew a Vietnamese man out in California.  Mr. Thai (yes, that was his name).   After the North Vietnamese conquered South Vietnam, he was incarcerated for 7 years in a "re-education" camp.

They had to perform hard labor 7 days a week, 12-16 hours a day.  People in the camp starved to death from lack of food.   They were given one cup of water that had a few grains of rice in it.  Any one caught picking wild grass, herbs, or any other vegetation or catching bugs or animals while working were frequently beaten to death.

Mr. Thai escaped his incarceration and was only able to escape "communist Vietnam" because his refugee relatives, who ended up in America, ransomed his freedom with $50,000.00 in 1983 or 1984.  The value of $50,000.00 from 1984 would be over $150,000.00 today!

IMO Western civilization is doomed anyway. Even Trump won't be able to stop the end, but he might delay it for a while. No civilization that invites the enemy in has survived. People have forgotten how the Roman empire ended. We are repeating it.

You probably remember how the dinosaurs ended...........😝

Regarding all the celebrities who said they would leave the USA in the event of a Trump win please don't come anywhere near Thailand, where I live, or the UK, my home country. We have enough pollution already.

Yes, it's great news. Hopefully Harris vanishes into the dustbin of history along with Pelosi and the rest.

I feel like we have been saved from a great calamity that Harris would have brought us.

Talking of Harris, is Obama crying now? Even his wife couldn't save a lost cause.

Next screening of the View should be interesting.

We will see how the trump presidency unfolds. IMO anyone with White Supremacists and weirdo conspiracists as senior advisors is unfit to represent the Office of the President of the USA, but does demonstrate the nature of majority of American citizens either through ignorance or intention. Plus of course trump's numerous vile comments, let alone the tens of thousands of lies etc etc. IMO the USA and the Western world will look back at trump's presidency with deep regret. However, we will see what the next four years bring; hopefully I am wrong.

Isn't that what I said?

Yes you did, and you were wrong. Up until the current elections Democrats held 51 seats in the Senate. Who will control in the lower house, however, is still unclear.

Well, I’m hoping we have three retirements in the Supreme Court in the next two years

Says a lot about weaponising the US justice system - i.e. undemocratic
