Cream and sugar, it's not even coffee, its a dessert! I am guessing most of these drinks are almost 1500 calories each, won't take long to add weight with a daily intake of that many calories just in a drink.

 

About 5 or 6 days to add 1kg

For those that cries why not sugar? they sort of already has -higher sugar drinks are taxed more, hence a few years back you'll see many drinks change their formula to include artificial sweeteners in the mix
