Everyone gets old and buggered, not necessarily in that order. Health cost in TH are expensive     It isn't all that bad in UK   food delicious  (restaurants excepted) used to dream good food, gees it is good. One time in my life I don't need money, thrown at you in UK,Ill sure come back for holidays   but no way full time

I agree I am not in the UK I am in OZ I went back a few years ago and do not regret it, being a pensioner now I pay nothing for healthcare nor doctor or hospital, I have not have a rent increase for 8 years yes I pay about 5600 baht per week but my pension is well over 29.000 baht per week cheap food at Aldi's, water rates included in rent what else do I need? I still go to Thailand twice a year  pay nothing for accommodation since I still have property and family there. Thailand is overrated so is the food. I can get any food here where I live but since I like cooking I only venture out ones a week. So all in all I am happy here
