Yes I live in Thailand and was aware what goes on here long before I moved here, and have seen it proven since. A predator is someone that goes after under aged girls. The 15 year old age of consent is something a pedophile would think up. Yes, it's Thailand and still third world thinking, hopefully with the younger generations to come it will change. Things that have been accepted for decades and more doesn't mean they are right.

Best to research why prostitution starts, and who makes a living from it. A young person's brain isn't fully developed until the mid twenties, meaning rational decisions are harder to make then. Taking away forced sex work, there is still those that were abused as children or prodded into the trade by disturbed parents wanting money. They might know why they are hired but aren't mature enough to make that kind of decision.

Where on Earth can an adult pimp out minors and then the law holds the minors, themselves, responsible (rather than the adults involved)??

 

The adults (pimp and customer) would be held accountable,  not the children, in virtually every country on Earth.
