It will give them the opportunity to set up more "zero tours" to send any monies from the Chinese tourists back to China

What Chinese tours spend is controlled by the tour guides, who only take them to Chinese owned venues. Apart from being allowed to stand on the beach for a half hour and chain smoke.

The bullet train initiative that is only useful to flood Thailand with products from China, etc
