If you beat him to death in your home, you will be charged, tried and probably acquitted.

So you lose your job and are bankrupted with legal costs.  Mission accomplished.  They don't have to send you to prison - just ruin your life.

Yes, that is a possible side effect.

You could mitigate that side effect by stopping the beating before he croaks it.

There are plenty of examples in the UK where people have walked, as long as the don't do a farmer Tony and shoot the guy in the back when he is running away from the crime scene.

I hope that bigot woman is charged

If you let her get away with this she may write slurs against transgenders , gay people, reformed drug users etc

I hope they make an example of her .

Stop all this attention seeking nonsense immediately. What do you want her charged with ??

You have been asked several times to tell us what she has said and why she should be charged, but you cannot answer because you are clueless.

How dare you suggest that she may write slurs against any other people or groups when you don’t even have any idea of what she wrote.

The only bigot here is yourself; you are bigoted against anybody that does not belong to some diverse minority group.

Where have I heard that before, 'i was only doing my job, oh yes the Germans in WW2

Maybe the police are only 'following orders', but you are correct, it means the same thing, the cops have zero common sense!

When it comes to 'real' policing, like burglary, or shop lifting the couldn't be bothered and don't bother investigating, but post on facebook or 'tweet' something mildly offensive and they come knocking st your door!

Never use your real name online ....... for anything.

I rarely use my real name, even with my friends, they don't need to know.

Never interact with the police unless arrested, and then only with a lawyer present. No chat, no friendly questions and answers, don't let them enter your home without a search warrant, force them to either arrest you or walk away.

When arrested and questioned under caution, with your lawyer, be vague, be evasive, I don't remember that, I'm not sure I was there. If you admit to being there, they are half way to proving you guilty.

You believe you can’t be identified if you don’t use your real name?

Not easily by an employer or the police.

Lets face it, the police wouldn't have chased down this woman if it hadn't been easy.

They don't have the budget to chase serious criminals.

I did not say 'or else' so why are you asking or else what ¯\_()_/¯

Try reading and comprehending comments properly, before making pointless and puerile replies.

How did your woke fixation get in here?

Having learned the subject of the police visit was Allison Pearson, a Telegraph reporter, we also learn she has limited view of ‘Remembrance Day’, here’s her reported statement on the matter:

"Today, we are commemorating British men who gave their lives so we could live in a free country,”

Here’s what the Royal British Legion have to say:

Remembrance honours those who serve to defend our democratic freedoms and way of life.

We unite across faiths, cultures and backgrounds to remember the service and sacrifice of the Armed Forces community from United Kingdom and the Commonwealth. We will remember them.”

Many of whom were not British, and from across all faith groups found across  the commonwealth and the then empire.

Now if Allison Pearson can just rattle her head and tell us what it is she’s been posting we might all see if it’s something that honors the Remembrance she has chosen to evoke in her complaint.

It was a year ago, if you read the reports she suspects it may be something to do with the Oct 7th attacks by Hamas. If only the police who do know would have told her, there would be no reason for anyone to rattle their heads eh. However if she gets charged I'm sure it will the  be made public for everyone to find out including her.

She has a very limited understanding of what Remembrance Day is about, I expect there’s a lot of other stuff she struggles with.

How do you know?

Please explain yourself with your mandatory link!

I’ve already explained in an earlier post with a quote from ‘Allison Pearson’ on what she believes Remembrance Day is about and another from the Royal British Legion explaining what Remembrance Day is about.

Refer above.

Brian, did you miss the title of the thread?

“A Police Visit on Remembrance Sunday Reveals the Reality of Our Two-Tier Justice System”

Did you miss what Allison Pearson said about Remembrance Day?

Or  you miss my post pointing out her misunderstanding on the matter?

Which was it Brian because ‘Remembrance Day’ is absolutely party of this thread?!
