I said it many times.

I don't see the attraction of sloppy thousands after Indians and Arabs are done with them.

The funniest thing, these same guys will call me a racist while mocking Indians for sharing a straw.

Not wearing a glove while whoring around means that you enjoy sloshing around in other men’s recreation cubbies and risk of your third leg shriveling up and falling off.

OMG, I do pity you. Every time I get home after having a short-time with a 20-something-year-old, I smile and count my blessings. I feel blessed that I don't have to sleep with old women or spend the other 23 hours of the day dealing with their complaints, moodiness, or problems. All my friends who have long-time partners seem absolutely miserable, and who knows how often they even have sex—if at all anymore. Most of the time they seem to be just running around trying to make their woman happy and without success. It's such a sad state of affairs. Short-time is the best thing that ever happened to the male race. I'm so glad that there's such a painless and effortless way of merely opening my wallet and then immediately having some sexy girl gargle on my ball sack. I'd even pay ten times the price if I had to. It's worth every single bit of the cost!

Is that you Cellulite? You're still here? I thought you left?

I once went to a pharmacy and asked the lady how much for a pack of condoms. She replied 70 baht plus tax. So I replied don't worry about the tax, if it comes off I'll wire it on.

Perhaps there are a lot of people that do know about the benefits of PrEP but don't go take the drugs for various reasons. Cost, fear, laziness, aversion to medicine, out of sight out of mind, can't be arsed, head in the sand mentality, i'll be born again anyway, etc.

Thais can get it for free, but if you ever talk to them it goes in one ear and out the other, game changer when it's available to them as 3+ month injections

I once went into a pharmacy because I had an erection that I couldn't get rid of. So I showed her the problem and then I asked the lady what she could give me for it. The woman told me she had ฿10,000 in the cash register and that she could give me more later after she goes to the bank.

You don't have sex, only loiter around threads about sex or sexual abuse, why is that?

I don't think it's 100% free for them anymore, but it's still costs less than for foreigners I believe. Probably cost isn't the number one factor though. A shame a lot more of them aren't really scared about it or maybe more of them would get on the program. I think the injections are only good for around two months, but I guess still more convenient for some than having to remember to take a pill every day. Not sure when they're gonna have the injections available in Thailand though.

If you consider this humor then no wonder you pay for sex

If you think I made that up then no wonder your still here, even after you promised ad nauseam to leave. Well, I also just added you to my ignore list since that seems like the only way to get rid of you.

I might be mistaken, but I recall recently looking into it for a Thai friend and remembering that, while it wasn’t free, it was very inexpensive.

Most of these medicines provided in developing countries are now high-quality generics manufactured in India. Much of this is funded by the U.S. government, which provides financial support to ensure these medicines are available at very low costs in countries with high rates of HIV. Additionally, I believe the U.S. FDA oversees the quality of these drugs to ensure they are effective.

You haven’t had many partners in your life. Probably plays a big role.

I looked into that a while ago. The incidence is very low. And when there are drug resistant strains, it doesn’t mean that the person never gets rid of the infection. It just means that it takes longer and more drugs to knock it out.

The number of people out there who are walking around with a bacterial STI that they haven’t been able to treat and kill with use of antibiotics (over a long enough period of treatment) is probably a small fraction of one percent, or less.

I said a few posts ago i have had hundreds of sexual contacts. One night stands.

To me, a partner means a longer-term proposition. Like years.

You may be right about the incidence of resistant strains. It comes back to the medical axiom of prevention being better than cure.

The only thing better than being a sexpat is having no limit to the number of tossers that I can add to my ignore list. DONE.

I love a good bullsh!tter, but you lost me at 10,000 baht.

What has surprised me is the amount of bargirls who don’t insist on condoms.

As a male the odds are in favor of us not getting HIV but there is a much higher chance of the ladies getting it from us if we are positive.

Only if you are circumcised; this is why I had my son circumcised twice.

I asked a doctor who runs a clinic in Thailand about it once. He told me he's never seen any incidents of drug resistant strains.

Again, I think it's a misunderstanding of the word drug resistant in those case. It usually means that it's going to take more drugs, and possibly various different ones, spread over a longer period of time, to knock out the bacteria infection.

Twice! Poor kid. I hope you at least left him something to work with.

Circumcision increases the risk of transmission? Not what medical science says.

So you have no understanding or experience of a loving long term relationship!

I feel really sorry for you and what you are missing!

It's true, though that circumcision greatly reduces the risk for males in contracting the virus.

In many African countries they now have free programs offering to circumcise adult males to reduce the incidence of HIV transmission since many still refuse to wear condoms. Still many of the men refuse to have the surgery as well. But I do think the uptake is a bit on the rise.

I have learned by experience to be wary of the competence of Thai doctors. Many seem to be shills for the pharmaceutical industry.

Reduces the risk by about 50%.

🤣 Maybe you'll figure it out 3rd, 4th or 5th time.....but most likely never 😁

Why are they ladies of the night? I prefer daytime.

Well, you're just a wealth of baseless assumptions today. If you want to continue talking about the subject with any serious intent then I suggest you start talking in facts before you post. You didn't even know that circumcision reduces the risk of HIV transmission. Sad. Google is your friend and should be your God now going forward.
