Its even nuttier-when you consider its coming from a person who doesn't live in America- and chooses over the years, not to return to America no matter who is president..............
His diatribe is valid and legitimate. Defamation laws clearly have their place. However, in the case of Thailand, defamation laws also serve to protect obviously guilty parties and thus keep the public in harms way. This is one of those cases.

Imagine some stealthy sick serial killer roaming thailand and using drowning and other stuff to cover up their deeds knowing police love to go back and sit in their airco office as fast as possible labelling it an accident...
