Northeast U.S. might want to join Canada because of Trump -- does Canada want them?

As stated in the link you provided, what Trump states on the campaign trail and what actually happens are two different things.

Perhaps you have forgotten the wall Mexicans were going to pay for.

Why would Mexico pay for a wall that was never completed?  We know who stopped it and let millions of dollars worth of material to be sold as scrap.

As far as Medicare and Social Security go Trump cannot unilaterally do it and Congress sure as hell won't.

Real men are uniters. They defend peace and try to unify. Small men do the opposite. They wage wars of petty revenge.

And just who are these "real men"?

Why would Mexico pay for any wall, complete or incomplete?

People building things want progress payments. They don't complete a project and then require the entire lump sum, how would they pay their workforce?

You don't seem to know much about how construction works.

The USA can impose import  tariffs on Mexico and ....................Mexico will then pay for the wall

Where did you eventually move to when you emigrated to Central America ?

Which Country did you choose to go and live in , in the end ?

You seemed to have spent years thinking about it and trying to decide which Central American Country you would emigrate to

Ecuador was his favorite. Look at it now.

It isn't at the point where Canada will grant asylum to Americans except in very extraordinary specific cases.

Canada's normal non refugee immigration system is merit based fairly similar to Australia.

In other words: Be well educated and/or have money. Undercapitalised elderly US citizens will NOT QUALIFY. End of story.

As a general contractor for 38 years I know exactly how progress payments work.  Since there was no contract, Mexico was not obligated to pay.

A few years back my neighbor fenced in his pasture to contain his cattle.  He asked me to pay half of the cost for the part that separated our properties.  I said no.  End of story.

Canada has no retirement visa.

For wealthy American retirees, Australia and New Zealand are options.

Another ridiculously silly topic.  Thoughts of the impossible to happen from the suffering.

LOSER mentality :coffee1:
