No mention of foreigners so sounds like a focus on Thai druggies

If foreigners don't bring in drugs then where do they come from... locals.

Those Sois mentions are some of the worst slums on the eastern seaboard

You are absolutely correct, it's a ghetto down those Sois, should all be knocked down.

The entire Soi 2-3 are to be demolished to make way for new hotels and condos. Many buildings have been vacated for a long time.

When is this supposed to happen, if you don't mind me asking

900 police officers for 1 area in Jomtien? I guess the rest of the city had an easy night. Too bad they couldn’t use the 900 police officers spread across all of Pattaya to help traffic control, prevent snatch and grabs, street whores, the drunk driver’s and the fights. Maybe it was just a 1 night job that they had to do. I guess we are asking too much of them to work every night.

At least more seating was freed up in Wonderful Bar 2nd Rd, that’s where the plod are normally found.

How about the hundreds of kids on Jomtien Beach who are using drugs all night and into the early morning, blasting loud music and parking their cars on the road? I exercise there and it's a very dangerous situation for anyone trying to walk by.

Good for the Cops.  Those Sois mentions are some of the worst slums on the eastern seaboard.

Just crusie thru on a motorbike the smell, rats, filth and decaying cesspool buildings it is horrific.  Meth heads walking around everywhere talking to themselves.

So much for the arrogant Jomtien residents who seem to think they are better then people around Pattaya beach.

Well I guess they are even more arrogant now that the  location has been cleansed......?
