The first 100 days of this administration may well be the most consequential in US history.

I'll wait and see on that, but I certainly predict they'll be entertaining.

Things I'd like to see Trump do in the first 100 days

Finish the wall, ban mass immigration from dodgy countries.

roust up NATO to pay more and end the Ukraine conflict.

avoid meddling in the M E.

Cancel that climate agreement nonsense, and drill baby drill.

Trump spends his days talking nonsense.

If u r referring to Trumps plans for acquiring Greenland....if so, whats so non-sensical about that? Sounds like butt-hurt and hatred induced psychosis reactions. Trump can fix many problems and you (should) know this, but it irks you to see Trump succeed, ain't that a fact? Sad way to exist, waking up everyday hating....

Greenland’s leader Múte Egede says he is "prepared to enter into negotiations with President-elect Trump about the future of the mineral-rich arctic territory"

Appears President-elect Trumps making notable progress, early....still 8 days till inauguration. Trump is a doer, a leader with vision for America's future unlike the failed semi retarded corrupt Biden.

Sadly, the woke agenda has been insinuated into western society for almost as long as I've been alive. It rots kids brains and they grow up thinking it's actually a "good thing" to be woke. It's too late for the western world to wake up- just a matter of time now. IMO.

I've even seem the creeping menace of wokeism infiltrating Thai society.

Greenland response to Trump

And it's not like Greenland, Denmark and the EU would have ever been open to cooperation with the U,S. on matters such as minerals or the Artic in general, or that there would even be partnerships already implemented!

Oh wait! 🤣

Who talked about "treaty"?

(I'm not talking about NATO, Greenland is already part of it)

My prediction, and it's only a prediction, is that there will be a triangular treaty which secures the territorial integrity of Greenland under the direct responsibility of the US state department.

Sovereignty issues will be left with Denmark and Greenland. And before ya'll go off on one of your drivelous attacks, the USA is only reacting to Chinese attempts to get a foothold on the island.

Denmark admits it has neglected the territory. The USA will bring the Monroe Doctrine hammer crashing down on both Greenland and the Panama Canal. Not a chance they will allow China to undermine US security on the American continent.

By the way, I noted last year that ships were bidding over $400,000 to get fast access to the canal. One thing that's driving US maritime people insane is that there's a threat to the existence of the canal due to water mismanagement.

There's more to this than people know. So ya'll should give it a rest with the anti-Trump agenda.

It's not necessary. Greenland is part of NATO and there is already a U.S. base in Greenland. So it's protected by art. 5.

As to China, it already failed its attempt to expand in Arctic countries, as you already know. And its been worse because of its support of Russia. Following China's example, the U.S. and the EU have defined an Artic Strategy. Denmark voted an investment screening act in 2021, in accordance with the 2019 EU Directive, and Greenland announced a declination of it (Greenland screening Act) in February 2024. The objective of both Acts is to protect national security and in particular to keep control of Infrastructures.

I have posted additional information in a previous post above.

The U.S., , Denmark, Greenland and the EU did not wait for Trump's show to identify security and supplly issues, in particular re. China and Russia, and design solutions. They have already happily collaborated on these matters, without needing Trump's idiotic threats.

It is necessary as China already attempted to buy influence in Greenland in spite of all the things you listed.

And NATO is not an anti-corruption defence force. Total red herring.

I find it astounding that people like you continue with this line of drivel when even the Danish government openly admits they failed in their duty of care for Greenland.
