Not impressed with Cambodia street food compared with Thai. Found them overly aggressive and ready to hoik up the price, though not huge experience.

I presume you might even much less impressed with Malaysian street food(compared with Thai ones).

According to my experience in Penang over a decade ago.

I have never suffered any stomach aches or food poisoning with Thai street food(from the roadside vendors) since my settlement late 2005.

But I got an awful memory in Penang, Malaysia back in 07.

I experienced a weeklong diarrhea after eating their soup noodle in the street(it was also horribly tasteless).

She is picky about who she buys it from, occasionally comes back empty-handed.

Good to be loyal to own favorite.

Buying something not really fond of is the waste of money.

Yeah, I ordered some Moo Ping the other day on Grab and tried to offer the driver a 20B tip, but he refused.

Probably figured if a Farang was eating Moo Ping I must be poorer than he is. 😁

Instead of compromising with the lesser close cousin.

Money is meant to be spent on what people value.

Yes i think it's radish plus the essential blood for flavour

Dude thank you for posting that pic, Im going to shop later and get some radish

Alot of the meat you see on the stick ready to be BBQ'd in the markets has been soaked in a liquid to keep fresh. Just saying. Just like the cheap street side buffet joints.

Strange thing in Sisaket; So hard to find grilled chicken! It's 90% pork like in Vietnam.

PS. I eat always street food. That way my body gets tough against bugs. Not once sick yet.

Hello, thank you for your post.

Do you have any photos of the pork dish you ate recently?

I'm sure he takes photos of all his meals. Don't you?

What kind of man are you if you hit the pork lady ??? Most decent men would want to pork the pork lady..not hit her.

Sometimes in front of a bar, on the sidewalk, you will notice little trays with snacks and drinks on it. I munch on those as I'm walking down the street.

"STREET FOOD".

Only dogs eat from the street.

Enrich your vocabulary.

It doesn't mean anything like fresh garbage on the road.

Street Food: Eats from the roadside vendors.
