There is another form Exemptions Income form or something similar

Yes , indeed there is ...to use with PID.90:

Quote

Income Exemption Entitlement Form to be used with ภ.ง.ด.90 for tax year....

and it also has no field suitable to list exemption per por-161/162, DTAs, nor LTR visa.

Check one's self to confirm what I state:

Thai tax forms (English language)
https://www.rd.go.th/english/65308.html

Thai tax forms (Thai language):
https://www.rd.go.th/65971.html

There are others leading to 500 or 560K as well but no space for that and the first  150K exemption income tax

Plenty of youtube videos from legal and accounting firms about it.  Many have been posted on this website / forum.

Many members believe they are just trying to get more business through their doors, telling foreigners they have to file.

Check them out and make your own opinion about them.

The videos I have seen referenced are expat based services. I am looking for a Thai accounting service.

A tax resident of Thailand is the same for Thai's as it is for foreigners, that is, 180 days in country.

I am not looking for information. I am looking for a Thai accounting service that files taxes for people.

What do you think the difference would be?

A lot of people said that about cannabis and casinos. One's already here, the other is on the way, and so is this tax.

if that is your opinion, that is fine.

I have a feeling it's going to be all about having a piece of paper from the TRD in the future.

You will have yours, I will have mine, and for those who do nothing, because they think all of this tax policy will go away, well, they may be in for a surprise.

You obviously not.

To know if a poster is posting anything of value, which is appreciated by other members, or if most of it is just pure drivel, I usually look at his reputation score.

No words needed

Unlike yourself, and teenagers, I don't post for "likes" and "thumbs ups" etc etc.

I could be a sheep and post in a manner that is popular, to enhance my AN reputation, as you do, but that's not my motivation for posting.  It's common with the herd mentality to join in on the attack of one member, so as to get everyone to enhance your AN reputation.

I post everything from facts, to my opinion, to examples, to predictions, to scenarios, and in between.  Many times I supply a link.

You post your way, I post my way, but I don't care about my AN reputation.

Do yourself, and the forum a favor and put me on your ignore list.  It allows the rest of to discuss issues uninterrupted by your BS.
