I've been very pleased with my Uni-T brand multimeters.  They have a huge variety of prices, some of them cheap.

My most useful has been the UT71E, which records over time, but they're pretty spendy.  For around the house every day, my UT33 was cheap, and it works great.  In between is my UT210E, which I bought because it measures DC current with a clamp. That's useful if you're troubleshooting battery operated stuff.

Looking for a new multimeter, looked on Lazada, so many some  seem too cheap, what should I look for before buying, Thanks

There are different categories in respect to multimeters and it depends on where you intend to use the meter as to what category it will need to be.

Obviously to begin with, the higher the category number the higher the price.

That said one can get a reasonable quality cat.4 unit with all the ranges you require for around the AUD$100.00 mark.
