Former French-Cambodian Opposition MP shot dead in Bangkok
Hmm... This guy was pretty brave to think he would be safe in Thailand. Could have been a hired assassin or the Cambodian secret police doing this. Surely though, it was not some random killing. -

Car Engulfed in Flames in Bangkok: Quick Action Prevents Major Damage to House
Picture from responders. A dramatic car fire broke out early on the morning of January 7, inside a residential carport in the Klong Kum district of Bangkok. The fire, which consumed a Volvo XC60 T8 hybrid, narrowly avoided spreading to the adjacent two-story house. The incident occurred at around 08:00 at a property on Soi Seri Thai 59, located in the Bueng Kum area. Authorities received reports of smoke emanating from the carport of a private residence, prompting immediate action by the fire department. Upon arrival, fire crews found the car fully ablaze, and efforts to extinguish the flames were promptly launched to prevent further damage to the home. The fire was brought under control within 10 minutes, with two water hose-lines. The owner of the vehicle, 44-year-old Mr. Khajitsak Chalitaporn, reported that he first noticed a significant amount of smoke coming from the car. Moments later, the fire spread rapidly, and he immediately called emergency services for assistance. Thankfully, the fire did not cause any injuries, and the carport suffered damage. However, the car was completely destroyed by the flames. The authorities are continuing their investigation into the cause of the fire. -- 2025-01-08 -

Early morning / Twilight hours boredom
I think i would die if i had this schedule. i prefer mine with waking up at 430 and having a cup of coffee, then returning to bed to eat some beaver and having to choose where to start my cockfight. By 6 i am getting up again to wake my kids and get them ready for school while the wife does stretches half naked and then jogs on our machine behind me shaking her sexy butt at me. I really hate those few days a month that I can not do this morning routine. But i have other alternatives. Either way, i get greet my kids with a smile and have a happy day after everyone is gone to do their daily things. Ahh life is good... -
