Foreigner Flees Scene of Pattaya Motorcycle Hit-and-Run

A hit-and-run in East Pattaya has left a Laotian housekeeper critically injured after a collision involving two motorcycles. The Yamaha Grand Filano suffered heavy damage, while an abandoned Honda Forza, linked to a foreign national, was found nearby. A 24-year-old woman, Narisara Laoporn, was at the scene, intoxicated and with minor injuries, claiming she was a passenger on the Honda Forza and that the foreign rider fled after the crash. Witnesses confirmed the foreigner was driving. Police are investigating and plan to summon Narisara for further questioning as outrage grows in the community.
