Hi, I'm in the process of arranging health insurance.  Within my budget I've received quotes from 3 different brokers for 3 different plans and insurers. 

The insurance companies are:

Allianz Ayudhya

Optimum Global

Regency Assurance

Does anyone have any positive or negative experiences with any of these insurers that they can share before I decide which plan and insurer to go ahead with? Thanks

Be interesting to hear why you chose those three over the usual companies we see ?

I came across Allianz Ayudhya from previous posts on AN so contacted them directly.  The other two insurers were put forward by 2 different brokers based on the budget I provided to them.

Can I also add AXA to the list.  I've just had a reasonable quote from one of the brokers. Thanks

Declare all your medical records since birth then get quotes again, otherwise any perceived cheap deal won't be cheap when claim denied. Also work out at what cost will you cancel your insurance, i.e 100k a year, 200k, 300k+, which will be in 70s 80s

A worrying list if I may say so - as I mentioned in another post I recommend this Broker who helped me though the minefield that is Thai Medical Insurance and was very happy with them including help with the claims I made, these include Medical, car and the wife’s bike

Thanks are you able to confirm which insurance company your health insurance is with?
