You may want to take a very close look at all the executive orders he has already signed and the pending ones to see his underlying intent for the next 4 years. Some make some sense although the way he is going about imposing them is out of the normal context of rationality without causing serious repercussions and most show his vindictive nature to try and destroy anyone or anything that does not agree with his ideology. Some won't stand as they are against the constitution, and he'll face a number of lawsuits on many others. This is his idea of streamlining and creating effective government while most will consider it a circle jerk within 6 months after he fires appointees and cabinet members that go against him.
