90 Day Reporting at Jomtien in person - how early and late can it be done?

I have to physically go and do a 90 day reporting at Jomtien for the very 1st time. They don't allow it to be done online. What's the earliest day it can be done prior to the 90 days and also what's the latest it can be done?

In person up to two weeks prior and one week after due date.

And dont be late, first time I had to do a 90 day report the fine was 2000, today I was rejected online, turns out I got the dates wrong now 2 weeks late, fine is 5000 now, I reach out to the Aussies who left AU saying its a nanny state, mate we are in Nazi Germany here, 1984, they want to know where you are all the time...add the reems of photocopies they want you to supply every time you walk into an immigration centre.

I think you're mixing it up. More than 7 days late doing a 90 day report is still 2000 baht. Only if you are arrested for something and have an overdue 90 day report is it 5000 baht.

I went to Jomtien immigration on Monday. While the queue in building on left was out the door, the 90 day desk in building on right had no queue (was there 1pm)
