It is called climate change rather than global warming for a reason. the extra heat energy can cause normal weather events to be more severe. The jet stream now ventures further south, which can pull down the polar vortex over the United states, also more storms floods, droughts, forest fires.

The day After tomorrow seemed to far exaggerated when it came out. Current conditions make me think now not so much!

Mark Zucker's yacht emits more CO2 than a car would emit in a lifetime.
While we all try to reduce the CO2 emission, hundreds of politiians and rich people fly around in private jets that emit more CO2 than a whole city.
While we all try to reduce the CO2 emission, Quatar is burning thousand of tires in the desert.
The list is endless.

Link to the Qatar tyre burning please.

Climate change deniers 1990 said that Global warming would not happen.

Climate change deniers in 2020 admit the world is warming but it is not because of the carbon being released by human activities.

Climate change deniers in 2025 make claims that climate scientists never said.

Climate scientists told us in the 1980s that if we did not reduce the amount of carbon we released into the air that the temperatures would rise.

The past eight years were the warmest on record globally, fueled by ever-rising greenhouse gas concentrations and accumulated heat, according to six leading international temperature datasets consolidated by the World Meteorological Organization.

Climate deniers are mostly old people who haven’t had any schooling for decades.

when it comes to science it makes sense to listen to scientists, not politicians or conspiracy theorists on the internet.

Some areas have seen glaciers growing again, mostly eastern Antarctica, Southern Patagonia, Karakoram, North-west Greenland, (even mt.St.Helens volcano has now a glacier in its crater.

In the last decade navigators sailing through the northwest passage have seen an increase of sea ice making the “window” for a safe passage shorter.

So never say never….

Kuwait.  Literally the biggest 💩hole I've ever been to in the world.  The rest of the ME is amazing in comparison.

I do agree with you about Kuwait. I almost sided with the Palestinian residents who have “built” Kuwait after WW2 and welcomed the Iraqi troops.

After Desert Storm the Kuwaitis were supposed to give these Palestinians citizenship and right to vote.

It never happened. So these people are denied any legal residency.

sea ice in the Arctic is decreasing. Their may be transient increases in some areas but it is going down.

Quote

Average Arctic sea ice extent for December was the lowest in the satellite record,

Glaciers are loosing mass. A few might grow, due to increased snowfall, but most do not.

The only ones destroying and creating the problems, are humans.

For over 50 years there is a coal mine burning in USA , Pennsylvania.

Luckily we had some brave men who killed the fires in Kuwait.

Respect for them. As some stupid with a flare gun, burnt the place to the ground, to speak in Deep Purple style.

We are developing "space tourism" , good idea? Neeeh

Many forests disappear, too many people on earth and that is a main point. Too many people, almost 9 billion.

Cut down in that number or are we doing now so by virusses?

Or the mighty leaders start wars and destruction.

Vietnam, Syria, Israel, Gaza, Russia, Afghanistan and many more.

Hooray mankind, we can and will destroy all

I don't know if this incident is a sure sign that global warming will end the world, but the continuing human destruction of the Earth's environment will eventually result in the extinction of humans and many other species. We are now "over the cliff" on that.

Good grief! The hysteria is astounding! Stop staring down that empty void, it’s narrowing your perception.

My perception is narrowed because it is focused on the truth. Any perception that humans benefit this planet or the universe and should be sustained is just a delusion. We are like a cancer on this planet, and any attempts to spread humans to other planets until we learn to live both socially and environmentally compatible on this one should not be called "colonizing" but "metastasizing."

Gore is an American politician

like I said, listen to the scientists, not politicians

You DO listen to the politicians, because the scientists you listen to, listen to the politicians. In particular, the left-wing biased-driven politicians committed to the socialist/communist agenda, with "climate change" being a critical part of that agenda.

A true scientist is unbiased and will look at ALL sides and aspects related to the issue. There is enough, if not overwhelming, statistics and evidence against the notion of climate change, making it impossible to have such a one-sided view as the liberals clearly have whenever it comes to forwarding their Marxist agenda.

As in most situations, common sense ought to prevail.

Funny, when liberals complain about equity and inclusion, they never bring up how unfair it is that others are capable of having common sense and they just don't have any.

It is pretty simple formula I use.

30 years ago scientists said that ifwe don’t stop with all the carbon that the temperatures would rise.

And that is exactly what has happened. The thermometer doesn’t lie.

It has nothing to do with left versus right politics apart from big polluting businesses sponsor political parties to keep them in line.

That is IMO entirely the cause of any man made climate change ( though I think that man is causing climate change by cutting down all the trees and not by driving petrol cars, if we are actually changing climate ). It's remarkable that while the sheeple twitter on about the sky is falling due to us driving ICE cars they NEVER say anything about the overpopulation of the human race that exceeded it's sell by date at 3 billion.

If we have indeed caused climate change and get exterminated, it's our own fault- nature doesn't allow pesky species to survive too long.

Do wider research and youll realise you have been gaslit.

The sheeple never do any research, as they believe anything told them by celebs like that Thunberg character.

I doubt any man made climate believer even knows that paying Elon for an EV isn't going to save them.

A million years after we have all gone, it will be as if we never existed, except for the odd fossil. Lots of trees will grow due to the increased CO2 and destroy everything humans made.

Today red again new info about impact asteroid

The chances grow for an impact with earth in 2032, scientist are baffled and worried.

They are already too late for changing coarse !1?? Imagine 7 years away!

So there we go problem solved

Yes indeed and when that time comes I shall be sitting in a celestial vineyard sampling heavenly wines! So no need for me to worry!!
