Foreign Tourist Sparks Outrage by Urinating in Phuket Airport

I could go out to my car and pull the SIM out of the camera and post the Thai guying peeing along-side of Highway 11 as I was pulling on to the highway yesterday.  Why not, seeing that Thai social media has its panties in a twist whenever a farang pulls out his Johnson to take a squirt, but trust me, Thai men, and ladies and kids peeing along side of the highway is the freaking norm.  And honestly, I really don't care, nor am I offended, nor are any Thais offended either.  This fake indignation is simply racism.

I'm going to start a collection of dashcam videos of Thais peeing along side the road.  And then whenever we have Thai indignation and calls for Thai authorities to find and prosecute farang peeing in public, I'll send in my videos, watch them ignored by the BIB, and then report back to AN.  How about that?

There's a big difference between inside and outside peeing. Get real goofy.

They must think they can do anything in Thailand. Our laws only apply to locals.

Sadly Thailand is a country where laws are expected to be honoured  but not enforced and don't the international community know it.

A Thai was peeing on the wall of my daughter’s school while parents were dropping kids off and police were controlling traffic kind of. No one bothered to say anything to him and the police just stood there waving traffic on. To do it in the middle of the airport though that some high quality tourist there.

It was enforced once upon a time. The new regime though is terrified of tourists and upsetting them. It makes for a miserable experience for even other tourists.

"Where I live it is the Thais who drive their motorbikes in the wrong direction, on the pavement, without a helmet, while texting on their phones and urinating." The circus has come to town.

Don't be ridiculous....  This is nothing like a Thai Motorcycle rider stopping on the side of the road to relieve himself into a bush....   this is a disgusting animal peeing at a public airport....

The outrage against the Indian's peeing into the see was a little over the top in comparison to all the things the Thai's get up to... BUT... this is next level disgusting behaviour, people this repulsive are simply irredeemable....

how is that similar? I mean that taxi drivers piss on my front wall far too frequently, but that's hardly the same as peeing inside  a crowded public service building

Wasn't me Madone, I was quoting a sensitive man.

Imagine witnessing him piss in the airport then you are on the airplane waiting for them to close the aircraft door thinking please let this seat be empty and this fruitcake comes sauntering down the aiste to be your neighbour for next 12 hours ahh the joys of travelling cattle class

I'd throw him in prison for a few months, then deport and ban.

That is the worst approach to  training a dog. The animal has no idea what you are doing.

A foreign tourist has sparked outrage after being caught on video urinating in the middle of Phuket International Airport, seemingly unfazed by the presence of other passengers and airport staff.

The 13-second clip, which was shared widely on social media by the Facebook page “Hod Jung Phuket,” shows the tourist relieving himself openly inside the airport terminal in Mai Khao, Thalang district, despite being warned by officials. The post was captioned: “Quality tourist. No shame, no care. Urinating in Phuket Airport. Officials warned him, but he didn’t listen!”

The incident has provoked a wave of criticism online, with many Thai netizens expressing frustration over the lack of action against such behaviour. Comments on the post included:

    •    “If it were a Thai person, they’d have been arrested the moment they unzipped.”

    •    “They must think they can do anything in Thailand. Our laws only apply to locals.”

    •    “Free visas, free to do anything – even urinate in public!”

    •    “Why didn’t anyone stop him? Just standing and watching?”

    •    “He should be fined to set an example.”

The video has led to widespread calls for authorities to take strict action against the tourist, whose nationality remains unknown, with many demanding penalties to deter similar behaviour in the future.

Local officials have yet to confirm whether any legal action has been taken against the individual. The incident has reignited discussions on tourist conduct in Thailand.

He was possibly one those followers of the Religion of Peace.

Therefore he was not arrested so as not to offend him.

It makes a pleasant change to see that he's not being labelled as a British tourist.

With his basic intellect and caveman instincts he thinks he's at the beach and has the sudden urge to pee

Just as well it wasn't "a sexual emergency".

This was offered in defence of a sexual assault on young boy, in an English swimming pool, by an illegal immigrant.

Drunk Passenger Urinates in Phuket Airport After Airline Refuses Boarding

A Saudi Arabian tourist was detained by security officers at Phuket International Airport after urinating in the arrivals hall of the international terminal. The incident, which took place on 30 January, quickly went viral on social media.

According to airport authorities, the passenger, Mr Almalki, was scheduled to fly to Mumbai on IndiGo Air flight 6E1072. However, he was intoxicated and unable to control himself, leading airline staff to deny him boarding for the safety of other passengers.

After being informed of the decision, airport security escorted the passenger out of the waiting area. While being removed, he suddenly stood up and urinated against a glass wall in the arrivals hall, causing distress to other travellers.

Security personnel detained the man and took him to the airport’s security coordination centre to sober up. Due to his intoxicated state and inability to communicate, officials coordinated with the Tourist Assistance Centre and Tourist Police to handle the case further.

Phuket International Airport stressed that the incident was managed in accordance with airport regulations, as the passenger’s actions caused public embarrassment and inconvenience. Officials have since increased security patrols to ensure such incidents do not affect the experience of other travellers.

Airport authorities have also reaffirmed their commitment to safety and order within the terminal, warning that any disruptive behaviour will be dealt with strictly. Passengers are urged to adhere to airport rules and conduct themselves responsibly to maintain a smooth and safe travel environment for all.
