Ukraine is connecting to NATO’s aviation system, enabling its Air Force aircraft to coordinate with allies via a digital interface, according to Deputy Minister of Defense for Digital Development Kateryna Chernohorenko on Facebook.

Ukraine has signed a licensing agreement to use NATO’s software — the CRC System Interface (CSI).

This step will allow the Ukrainian Air Force to operate within a unified digital system alongside Alliance air forces.

In the temporarily occupied areas of Zaporizhzhia and Kherson regions, power outages have been reported following a strike by attack drones, according to Russian Telegram channels.

Reports online indicate that an electrical substation in the temporarily occupied city of Melitopol was targeted in the attack. According to the Telegram channel Shot, the entire occupied territory of the Zaporizhzhia region has been left without power.

According to a statement from the 65th Mechanized Brigade’s ‘Ronin’ unit, drone operators destroyed five Russian BTR-82 armoured personnel carriers stationed in an open hangar roughly  35 kilometres (27 miles) behind the frontlines. 

Drone operators deployed ten first-person view strike (FPV) drones at long range, which the Ukrainian military news website Militarnyi noted prevented Russian forces from moving their equipment before Ukrainian forces could target and attack them. 

Militarnyi suggested it was “highly probable that strikes at this distance were enabled by the use of a mothership drone,” which could have allowed for standard attack drones to be transported to the attack area while the mothership relayed radio communications to Ukrainian operators.

we are having heavy fight with russians. at some points hand to hand combat. i got 1 trying to come to our floor. always good to have a nice combat knife and know how to use it.. lost 1 ukranian kid. they lost probably 10. 1 confirmed.. by me with my knife. 

so far they are not winning in our position but we are not too. mostly stable. but yes they are the attacking site. we dont do counter anymore. 

need serious arty support. so far no arty at all. need grenade also. we are about to out of. we are normal about ammo. we can carry 5-6 mags. have 1-2 tanks keep coming for support and go back after support. tbh dont know where hes coming and going back to. but it takes 15 min to come our support after our radio. probably back in closest village. we are having enough drones. thanks to our drone pilots TERRA. they are great. best in the world. The "Istanbul Protocol" essentially imply external control of Ukraine by Russia. However, this contradicts the official position of the Russian Foreign Ministry, which is that Ukraine is a state absolutely independent from Russia.

For external control of Ukraine by Russia, legal grounds are needed. And for this, Ukraine's withdrawal from the USSR must be suspended. Constant attempts are being made to break through the defense of the Supreme Court of Russia so that they would suspend Ukraine's withdrawal from the USSR. The last attempt was made at 29th April 2025 with 129 plaintiffs (case number АКПИ25-275). When this is done, Putin will have legal grounds for the Istanbul agreements and Russia will stop simply stalling for time.
