I should know this, however my mind and time on the Immigration website yielded nothing.😒

I extended my stay 12 November,  my 90 day report was due 15 December. At that time I was convinced that I now had 90 days from extension approval.

Would some kind soul please set me straight?

Yours in appreciation....

In reality apart from first ever extension the 90 day report has nothing to do with annual extension.

Confusion can occur when certain immigration offices take it upon themselves to "assist" and do a 90 report at time of your extension.

Which immigration office.

Thinking your 90 report was not reset.

That means you have missed a report.

At worst 2k fine.

No need to rush to immigration.

Do a report next time suits.

If the IO reset your 90-day, you should have a new receipt stapled in your passport.

Spot on No Name - that's how I discovered it.  Thanks for your response. 🙏

No total for missed 90 reports does not accumulate.

Even if missed a few the total fine in 2k

I'm using the same Office for my Marriage Extension and they always renew the 90 Days Reports regardless how old the previous one is. So just check your Passport and latest Slip.

That happened to me in Hua Hin a few years back, it was unexpected as they can and do run at different times depending on how often you forget to do it and for how long. I guess the guy doing my extension noticed the time difference and corrected it so they aligned again.

At one point they were about a month apart and I simply stopped doing them myself - just sent the Mrs instead - I told her this is a Thai thing - you're Thai - you can sort it out, and she did 🤣

Suggest folk enter due date and 15 days prior notification into their Google Calendar.

Online reminders are not in sync with trips out of Thailand also can be hit and miss.

imo best not to rely on them.

I just juggle my 90-day reporting dates thru the year so the 4th one coincides with my annual renewal date. Both types of date have some juggle room (any time beforehand & 1 week after) so not hard to do.

No.

The issue is some immigration offices do. Even then it's hit and miss.

However the report should have nothing to do with annual extensions.

That is strange for Hua Hin to miss doing your 90 day report with your extension. They have always reset mine on the visit and can only assume it was an oversight.

Your extension and your 90 day reporting have nothing to do with each other.  The extension does not reset the 90 day reporting date.

Yet read the post above yours regarding Hua Hin.

Clearly it can/does occur
