But that is only if they have the right visa. They cannot go to Australia on a Tourist Visa and work which a lot of them used to do through Thai agencies and they do not pay tax in Australia. There used to be many Thai's that would pay Thai Agencies to organize their Tourist Visa to Australia and when they arrived they would be put in a small house with a lot of others and taken early of a morning the pick strawberries or other fruit or vegetables around Victoria. One house in Clayton, Melbourne was a small 3 bedroom house with 15 Thai's living in it and taken by vans to the Dandenong's to pick strawberries or to Koo Wee Rup area picking and packing asparagus illegally
