I have less than half your time in Thailand but in my experience it is a lottery. First, Thais rarely sell, and usually only when they are desperate. A "Farang quality" house is of little interest to Thais; you know how they live. Therefore, especially if you think that you might be marketing to the western community, a chat with a Farang agent may be useful. -

Trump: ‘we’re going to lose our patience’ hostages ‘looked like Holocaust survivors’
No, it couldn't! Despite the claims that the Palestinians were starving, they always looked pretty well fed in any photos. I didn't see a single photo of a Palestinian as emaciated as these hostages. I did see some that were proven to be fakes. I saw one child that looked in a terrible state, but that was due to illness, and they stupidly photographed the child with its fat mother!
