Don't you get tired of fear mongering
The time has come for us to all completely ignore and completely boycott @Harrisfan. He is a nuisance, he appears to be a scoundrel and he just seems like he's trying to drum up problems, and likes discussing nonsensical issues. It is very possible that he has mental health issues, and we really need to do our best to ignore him. -

Controlling hunger
Yeah, I know one nutritionist I follow was saying eat the majority of calories earlier in the day. So you have the entire day to burn them off. Makes sense. Except when I'm not eating in the morning, I guess the body is living off of stored calories anyway. Also, in the evening, there are more food options available. There's people grilling meats everywhere after 5 PM. More options available. So more convenient to not eat cheat meals. -

Trump Promised Lower Food Prices On Day 1, 99 Days Later Has Delivered The Opposite
Trump Promised Lower Food Prices On Day 1, 99 Days Later Has Delivered The Opposite While overall inflation has trended slightly downward since Trump took office, food inflation has not. In fact, not only have grocery prices increased each month since he took office, that inflation rate itself has increased in each of the three months since Trump’s return, so that the inflation rate for groceries is now at its highest point in nearly two years. Sarah Longwell, a Republican consultant who for years has been conducting focus groups studying Trump’s supporters, said they, too, are noticing. “There is a meaningful slice of Trump voters who voted for Trump specifically because he promised to lower prices on groceries, etc.,” she said. “Many of these voters express frustration that Trump isn’t doing more to lower costs.” -
