Should European leaders confront Trump and tell him what they think about him?

There was a time when Europe and America were pretty much aligned.

There was also a time when the EU and USA had similar GDP's.  Now, the EU has a little more than half of the USA's GDP.  I don't know about the rest of the American voters, but I don't want us to follow that path.

Sure.  Euro leaders should confront Trump.  Good luck with that.

And what difference does that make?

Would I know more about the USA and Ukraine if I would have visited those countries? Sure.

But by going to school, reading books, following the news, I know something about history and what is going on.

And I met enough people to be able to identify an ahole, Trump.

You read lefty msm.

Tell that to the men and women who fought two world wars, tell that to Canada, Australia, UK, NZ, Denmark, Poland, Holland, France, Germany etc who all came to help the USA during their wars in Iraq and Afaganistan, and do not for get the American war in Vietnam.

The only pussie here is you with your very stupid comments.

Another tough guy on the internet. The Soviets lost more lives in ww2 and with US help turned the war.

I just watched a video that claims the EU will invest hundred of billions to boost its military so it doesn't have to depend on help or any alliance with the US anymore.

Trump is having major ramifications on geopolitics all over the world.

But to quote Shakespeare, there is nothing good or bad. Who knows what's good or what's bad?

All we know is things will be different. The EU is adapting. Canada might cozy up to the EU and there even talks of Canada joining the EU.

If Canada joined the EU, that would enrage Trump. But what could he do, short of ordering invasion?

Well, EU members have to protect each other.

I suppose Trump could order the invasion after Canada announced it was joining but before it actually joined?

What do I know? Good question.

The truth is that the USA could crush Canada economically severely enough to make it unstable enough to annex without violence. Canada never considered that something to worry about from it's closest friend. Now they're in a pickle of looking for non USA life boats. I'm American but I'm on Canada's side on this. I consider Trump in his attacks on friends and sucking up to enemies lie Putin  a traitor.

More lies. Trump won't invade Canada anymore than the left will tell the truth. Truly sad.

Well, if as I suspect, it is "Susan" then she won't have one, but let's not open that particular MAGA can of worms!

Maybe Susan is actually a trans, a self hating soul with the biggest equipment in town.

The truth is Canada could black out New York, Maine, New Hampshire and Vermont at the flick of a switch, and ensure power rationing in Minnesota and Michigan.

It could also sell the 50% of oil it supplies the US elsewhere. How long do you think effete Americans would be lining up at gasoline stations?

Then there's the auto industry, another symbiotic relationship.

Sure, America could damage Canada seriously. However, it would damage itself just as much.

No.  They should follow his lead and ask him for advice in how to fix their countries too.

Exactly. Ukraine is a distraction from failed policies on their own.

I have to admit I don't really care about dead bodies. When they are dead, they are dead.

You just cannot disguise, or even try to disguise your antisemitism can you; you’re right up there with Owen Jones from the Guardian.

Ariel and Kfir Bibas, were just 4 years, and nine months old respectively, when they were kidnapped by Hamas. Israeli forensic analysis shows they were murdered by bare hands in November 2023, before being mutilated in an attempt to fit the terrorists narrative that they were killed in an Israeli airstrike.

Their tiny dead bodies were subsequently used by the terrorists, as a bargaining chip in negotiations; the body of their dead mother was not returned, but substituted with a random unidentifiable female.

What kind of monster would kidnap a babe in arms and a tiny child, torture them and kill them, simply because they were Jews. This is one of the most heinous acts that I have seen chronicled in my lifetime, yet you cannot express one single word of empathy for their suffering, nor a single word of condemnation for the vile Islamic terrorists that carried out this act.

All you can say is, “I don’t really care about dead bodies” …. well, you’ve shown plenty of care for dead bodies in your comments on here before; that was of course when they were not the dead bodies of Jews.

Your antisemitism is appalling, I have nothing but contempt for you.

Israel and the USA are the big problem. And zionism is a problem.

Many people, including Jews, understand this and talk about it.

But some people, including many members here, don't want to see that not all Jews support Israel's crimes.

So Israel a tiny nation can't defend itself against terrorism? The msm lefty brainwashing has been strong.
