What they have, likely costed ten-times as much, and is 1% as effective, It looks like that might change.

SAP programmers typically get $300/hour, government workers might have earned $100/hour including bennies.

How on earth is 300 less than 100.

You don't know what you're talking about. 😀

You're right. Ten time the people at $100 an hour taking ten times as long would cost 33 1/3 times as much.

Contract SAP programmers only get paid while they're working.  Gub'ment employees get paid for the rest of their lives.  Including the time they're complaining on social media how bad they have it there at work.

I have no idea what you're talking about unless you mean the government workers union didn't allow Republicans to steal their pension like they did in private corporations when they introduced the 401K retirement scam.  But they don't get a full pension unless they work there for 20 years at below industry average wages.  You seem to be bad at math.

Go to Trump casinos often? 😮

Used to be below industry wages, in return for job security.  Nowadays, the average gub'ment employee makes above the private sector wages.  Where I had to work over 30 years to get a full pension.  Not 20.  (I didn't make the 30 years.  A lot of us got canned just before we were fully vested.  A common practice in today's private sector job market).  And it's not like they're not vested from the first day, albeit it at a limited rate.  Just like the good private sector jobs, if you're lucky enough to get one of those and not one of the new and zoomy jobs that offer no security and only a 401K.

Plus, you just had to resort to insults.  You couldn't help it.  Typical lefty.  When they got nothing, they go to the insults and claiming racist, fascist or homophobe.

That's actually correct. 👍

For Government jobs that don't require a Masters Degree, like lawn maintenance or similar facilities jobs.

I was thinking about highly skilled government workers who generally speaking have to have a Masters Degree but get paid less than industry average wages.

Sorry for the confusion.

Emptying the waste basket is important, too.

Participation Trophy. 🏆

Federal employees tend to have higher pay and better benefits than private-sector workers at lower and mid-levels, but the private sector offers higher salaries for highly skilled or executive positions.
