Medication for gout
I still have no real idea what triggers mine but since ive upped my watrr intake to 2 litres a day i have been gout free last few month with Zyloric 100mg Stock cubes and gravy are loaded with purines that may lead to uric acid build up so no mince pies for me either -

Safe havens during songkran
I did Bangkok twice and Pattaya once. Thats enough. Last year, the day after, for some dumb reason I walked down Sivutha Road in Siem Reap and when I neared Pub Street in the heat of the noonday sun, the waves of urine stench just washed over me. Explain what you're talking about then. I'm not a drunkard who starts trouble with anyone, let alone here. Everyone who's alive has a life, as that's a typical teenage response from those who aren't aware of how stupid that remark is. I have many hobbies, hunting, fishing, gym, music, movies, travel and doing things with my family, so I'm guessing another hobby would be quite much. You can send me money if you'd like, as I wouldn't refuse a donation from someone who thinks they're above others while actually being beneath them. I annoy you because you are always downgrading foreigners, and I stick up for them, as we are the minority here and need others we can relate to. You disagree with me because you either don't understand what I'm saying, or are too full of yourself and actually think you're better than other foreigners here. You aren't. Like I suggested. if you need to talk bad about foreigners here, join another forum, as your comments are usually met with disdain, others seeing you as someone who dislikes foreigners foe whatever reason you invented, and prefer sticking up for locals, even if they are acting wrong. You're not alone, as there are a few others here who also are brown nosers. -

Your entitled to your opinion but i would suggest that is biased as it worked out for you. I wore variofocal glasses for decades and a couple of times they didn't get it right and had to have the glasses replaced. When i was measured for the lens i was offered monofocal or variofocal and had no hesitation on rejecting the variofocal. Changing glasses is relatively easy. My opinion is no doubt biased from historical experience, it is up to each to make a judgement call. It is coming up for 6 years now since I had mine done and have only ever needed glasses for labels in the supermarket, can't see that I have lost a great deal in rejecting the variofocal. -
