I don't have a wallet. I just carry my "designer" money clip.

Personnaly, I carry all my money in a womans purse ever since the wife found it in the glove compartment.

aka, man purse.

Yes, I have one as well  that I sometimes carry.

I use the little fabric Elephant bag with shoulder strap after seeing Thai men using them.

But I also carry a wallet, this thread has me rethinking all of it.

What do I really need?

Quote from previous thread ...

... "It's (passport)  in my bag, next to my wallet, yellow book & bank book, along with my phone" ...

Along with specs, knife, cayenne pepper powder (occasionally), Total Dissolved Solids pen, to test water (3 letter acronym is banned), TP/PT.

Of course if out on the hunt for some snaps ... I may be carrying quite a bit more ...

Yea, last thing I want is strap to break, and lens hitting the ground.  The test strength and couplings hold way more than the kit weighs.

As soon as I pick up the camera, the strap goes around my neck, no matter where I am, even if sitting in the car (best blind) and shooting from.

I carry my wallet in a button down or zipper front pocket on my cargo pants....

I can slip my Thai cards & TDL out of my wallet on a pull out card/ID holder, but that's small and easier to lose track of....

I'm not a big fan of man purses or hand carriers....

Im the same way, Peak stuff is great. You look like you got spendy kit, I just have a  Lumix G9 with 8-18, 12-60 and 50-200 Leicas.

I have some fabulous Tripods for sale, PM if interested LOL

Yea.   I got sucked in also.   Bought a nice tripod, think I used it once :cheesy:

Down to 2 kits, both a6400 bodies.  One has the 200600 lens, the other is a knock around, 18-105 F4, so I got good range covered.  Have 2 as I hated changing lens.   No longer need to clean.   Both zooms are sealed, another plus. The a6400 is  APS-C, so 1.5 ratio, gives me plenty of reach, 900mm, for birds and small wildlife.

Gave another kit, and about 5 lens (zooms, primes & wide angles) away to my niece.

2 kits & phone is silly enough to carry :coffee1:
