Well, if it upsets you, diabetes is not a sign of impending death. It's one of the most easily controlled diseases humans can have. Given proper treatment people can live a perfectly normal life span.

Enjoy the next 3 1/2 years.

Always funny when ignorant people expose themselves with wishful thinking.  Acting as if diabetes is simply a factor of weight and is impending death or amputation.  Newsflash - weight is a FACTOR not the only one.  Some overweight people never have diabetes.  Kinda like cholesterol numbers.  Some people are fit and eat a proper diet and still have high numbers.  Well some aging overweight people never have issues with blood sugar control.

Also another newsflash as has been mentioned by others here.  Type II diabetes (which is the one usually associated with age and weight) is a very easy to control problem.  Heck they don't even need to stop eating poorly.  Just take more metformin and use more Ozympic.  Boom.  Numbers are fine.

It is not about if they play golf, but how much time they spend playing golf.

During his first term Trump spent 360 days on the golf course, his own golf courses of course, so he can charge the secret service for the accommodation.

You read it somewhere, so it must be true.

I think he's got more important things to do than petty golf accomodation schemes.

I not read it "somewhere", it those figures are made public  by the WH.

Welcome to my ignore list, as I hate MAGA members who are in denial and try to ridicule credible sources.

Same.  I had a medical event 6 years ago when a simple gall bladder removal gave me sepsis and septic shock.  Prior to the event I was extremely fit doing 4 spin classes and lifting weights 3 times a week.  And for the scoffers on spin classes let me tell ya dem bitches push it.  😃

3 months later having spend them on my back without eating for the entire 3 months I learned I was now diabetic type II.  Since I had a physical before the event and wasn't then I am pretty sure when most of my organs shut down that caused it.

I confess I am NOT very good avoiding sugar.  I love cookies and donuts.  I've cut way down but...... oh well.  metformin and Ozympic and most mornings I'm about 105.

One of the  symptoms of Diabetes is that minor wounds often take a very long time to heal.

Given that the bullet wound to his ear, sustained in July last year, and requiring a dressing ( and of course an iconic "Iwo Jima" moment, quite remarkable for one who has just been shot!) appears to have healed within days, and left no scars, then one can conclude that he does not suffer from Diabetes.

Indeed, the miraculous recovery is a strong testament to his robust constitution and the astonishing recuperative powers of Messrs McDonald's and Colonel Saunders!

Perhaps, in view of their successful participation, the saluting Air Force personnel at the foot of the stairs could be replaced by a pair of those lifesize plastic figures which stand outside their restaurants, one for each character? We could perhaps pilot this scheme on his eagerly anticipated state visit to the UK!

You have my sympathy, I had a similar event some 4 years ago. I stepped on a piece of rebar wire sticking out of the ground. Massive infection, much of my foot cut away, infection damaged many other organs. Left me ruined physically, including Diabetes 2.

Sorry to hear that.  I have two hobbies in life that fill my days.  Other than correcting the myriad people on the internet that are so wrong,  🤣  Golf and guitar.  I would be devastated if I ever lost a hand or foot.  But at least we are on the right side of the grass so far.

This thread and some of the comments are quite bizarre as he just had his physical. All systems working perfectly. LOL

:cheesy::cheesy::cheesy:

Doctor says Trump, now 78, has less than 75% chance of completing his second term
