Can they simply ignore that Johnson? What makes him so special he can order/demand?

Is there legal way to dispute whatever you blame?

Strange indeed

Sen. Ron Johnson orders Pfizer, Moderna, and others to hand over documents on vaccine development and communications with Big Tech by April 16.

From Senator Johnson's website:

PSI Chairman Johnson Requests COVID-19 Vaccine Records and Communications from Moderna, Pfizer, BioNTech, and Johnson & Johnson

From the letter to Pfizer:

I expect you to fully comply with this request, but I am mindful that your company may choose to mimic the Department of Health and Human Services’ (“HHS”) past efforts to conceal records about the development, safety, and efficacy of the COVID-19 vaccines.  Any attempt to obstruct or delay responses to this request will result in compulsory process.

<SKIP> Please provide the information and records requested by April 16, 2025.

After the fact, they are looking into it ... sad:

Sad as it is, maybe they'll head off a repeat WHEN (not IF) the next pandemic hits.

Fully agree, but I would have used the word 'scamdemic'

And from the responses in this sub-Forum it is clear that the media stoking up the fear to panic-level for an invisible Virus Boogy-Man, will work again next time if we do not 'debunk' their dirty Covid-19 tricks.

I keep getting SMS's from my insurer telling me it's past time to get my booster and my flu shot.  So I have no doubt they'd try it on again unless there is pushback and (hopefully) consequences.

Edit:  And that's after they paid for 2 trips to the ER for my vaccine injury.  One with an overnight stay.  You'd think they'd know better than to try to jab another one into me.

Wow, true God's mode!

Please forgive my level of expertise, but is it done kinda backward?

Even if he posses such a power shouldn't be some legal background for such request?

Like first make accusation, next - form group, next issue list of required evidences and after those - request exact documents, not "gimme everything na!"

Otherwise it looks like Holy Inquisition.

There wouldn't be any need for legal measures if the companies where 100% transparent in the first place. Instead they have tried everything they can to suppress and delay releasing data ..75 years as mentioned earlier. not suspicious at all ?

I see. Well if there's a legal statement and opened case than sure - they are required to cooperate with authorities.

I know the whole max vaxing was a sham.

It kooks unusual to me. 4 years after. What was he waiting for?

So it looks we are on same page, as that was exactly my opening comment when posting the article >

I wonder what took them so long to make this legitimate demand.

I guess they didn't and don't really give a flying banana about the subj.? It is only politics, power and money.

btw, small off-topic:

Isn't peculiar that article above written by Johnson about Johnson? Just sayin'

Why would you want to ignore his demand to Big Pharma to hand over the documents/records for an investigation that is long overdue?

If Big Pharma is squeaky clean on this issue, they have nothing to hide.

Senator Ron Johnson is chairman of of the US Senate Permanent Subcommittee on Investigations, so he has the authority to make them hand over the documents/records for the investigation that will be conducted.

Nothing strange about it.

Don't disagree with anything you have posted on this thread.

But it is the regulator's job to go through the research data with a fine-tooth comb; is it not? If it's not, then, IMO, there seems little point of having them scrutinise anything that could be offered to the people.

Why did they let 'Vioxx' through (for example)? And why did they not act much sooner, when it became obvious that it was killing people?

Hope Kennedy can sort these white-coats out, and bring them to account. It will not bring back Brandy Vaughqn though.

They'll just ignore him, tell him to foad, and they'll find a judge to stonewall the documents forever.  This is called - "Democracy."
