Why has the availability of computer parts been so terrible in Thailand in 2025?

In the past buying PC parts was easy, but right now it seems to be impossible. Parts which are on stock everywhere in other countries, are impossible to buy here. All x670e motherboards are sold out (only MSI Gaming, which is the only 6layer pcb x670e motherboard is on stock) Motherboards with chipset x8## some are here, but not many models and it's hard to find a reason to buy them instead of x670e. Ryzen 7 9800x3d is only second hand, RTX 5090 for 3 months weren't even added for a 1 second to shops like JIB, IT City etc. so they didn't have even 1 peace in stock for all this time. Now they have the overpriced 5090 models (I know – all are overpriced).

I am also wondering why computer parts are now so expensive here? It is cheaper to buy SSDs, CPUs, motherboards etc on Amazon, pay shipping, all custom fees/taxes and saving ofter are still huge. It wasn't always like this.

What is happening here? I understand shortage for RTX, and before for 9800x3d, but the current situation is insane comparing to other countries. In USA and Europe I could buy everything what I needed a long time ago.
