it is unfiltered apple cider vinegar.  in you question, is alc alcohol?  if so I don't drink alcohol nor use in my life any drugs including never smoked marijuana either.  I don't even use aspirin as I haven't even had a headache in over 30 years.  My food intake is basically based on the research of Dr William Li's two books on diet and diseases.  I notice that nowadays, more and more other medical organizations are reporting the same benefits he quotes from his research.  The best thing about his books is not only does he tell you the benefits, but provides you with the facts around the research that proves those facts.

Yes, Li is a remarkable businessman and scientist. I don't know whether he was more successful with his books or wth electric car company NIO. His "food recommendations" are typically Chinese. My Chinese wife as a doc told me same a decade ago too.

yes inhis researches mentioned in his books, he takes a lot from Chinese and from Greek/Italian but yeah, many medicines today got their start from the old Chinese methods and materials.  From what I have read he is also quite an accomplished Heart specialist.  Man of many talents and glad he shares so much with us.

Mornings in Thailand, best part of the day.

Yeah, At 78 years of age, I get up early and as I see another sunrise, I smile to still be here.  I also got into that habit, not so much early to bed but early to rise so now early to bed and early to rise means I am getitng better sleep habits.

🤗 Not many here on AN are willing to follow. Attending Medical School in Limerick I did not learn anything about "right food" in terms of health. (65 years ago) Recently (20 years ago) nutrition became more important. And at present following my wife I'm happy being able to avoid any medicine. I hope up to the end.

Yeah, He and other doctors when chatting indicate that in medical school they had less than a month on nutrition and therefore, when it comes to treated people with poor food practices, most doctors have no idea of what to do other than prescribe pharma help when a basic diet change could probably fix whatever is needed.  Dr. Li said that very question when patients asked what foods might help, led him to begin research in foods to more or less replace pharmas though he will not openly state ignore your doctor but says to take both, the pharma and the diet and they are finding too that many times a diet change increases the effects of the pharma.  And yeah on this forum folks are set in their ways and that is why they came to Thailand in the first place.  Luckily though with the warm weather, there are an abundance of good foods readily available all yhear round.
