Thai authorities are investigating the Five M 888 gang leader, known as Fluke, following serious allegations of assault and coercion involving two youths. Ekaphop Lueangprasert, founder of the Sai Mai Tong Rod Facebook page, facilitated the filing of a formal complaint against Fluke, alongside two victims: a 19-year-old student and a 15-year-old girl.

The complaint accuses Fluke, 23, from Samut Prakan, of posing as a police officer to intimidate and coerce his victims. The gang is infamous for its violent mimicry of the Oreo gang's tactics, including assault, forced drug use, and humiliating acts captured on camera. Video evidence of these acts was presented to Police Colonel Chakrit Srirojanakul at the Mueang Samut Prakan Police Station.

Victims allege that Fluke, with an associate called Ta Oreo, orchestrated severe attacks and coerced participation in degrading acts. These include forced cannabis smoking followed by physical assaults and coerced performances on camera for blackmail purposes. The assaults often escalated from non-compliance with Fluke's demands.

In one incident, the 15-year-old victim described being tricked into attending a birthday party for Fluke, only to be assaulted and filmed, with Fluke threatening to distribute the footage should she report the incident. Meanwhile, the 19-year-old male victim, initially intrigued by the group's activities, found himself abused and severely humiliated on video, prompting him to seek refuge through the Sai Mai Tong Rod page.

Police Colonel Chakrit has confirmed the existence of video evidence and denied any legitimate police affiliation for Fluke, emphasizing that the case is a priority due to its severity and societal impact. The involvement in statutory rape and coercive sexual misconduct is under thorough scrutiny, and charges could extend to computer crime law violations given the online sharing of recorded assaults.

Authorities aim for swift justice as the actions of the Five M 888 gang are not only criminally suspect but also pose a broader societal threat, underscoring the urgent need for legal and community intervention.
