what happened was simple, the poor guy already drunk, saw a pretty ladyboy, invited to join him, the ladyboy massaged his parts, then when it's time to go have real fun, the guy already came on his pants.

If he/she has a bank account he/she can accept a phone transfer.  Money moves faster and easier within Thailand than nearly anywhere in the world -- Thailand has that process nailed down.  And maybe he was having a legitimate problem with his phone. 

We are quick to call out poorly behaved Farang, and Pattaya surely has many to chose from, but occasionally we must be discerning -- not so cynical.

From the article it is not entirely clear, how inebriated this person was. I have, withoiut all that much problem, created bills quite a bit larger than this without being drunk afterwards.

 

In the end, this tourist was an adult. What happened to being responsible for your decisions and actions?
