I also enjoy early mornings. Up around 6am for a coffee then a 90 minute walk around and visit to a bakery before it gets too hot. 

At Centara at Hua Hin, love the late lunch early dinner and happy hour at the Beach restaurant. Eat, drink and watch people passing by
