The world has gone full retard now. They have convinced humanity that they now need to buy a gadget to attach to their nose just to breathe air. What's next? A fart modulator? A tariff every time you nut in the shower?

Looks like another Logan Paul scam venture.

It is an anti-snoring device, supposed to open the nasal airways.

They are commonly sold in the West as well, and for many years. I am not sure what the outrage is.

And for many these things can work. What we really need is a way to package and sell "outrage". It would be a big hit here.

Everybody seems to be missing the key point. Breathing used to be free. You weren't required to put some uncomfortable piece of rubber on your nose when you go to bed or when you exercise. According to the company's ad on Instagram, we're just not getting enough oxygen at all without one of these things strapped to our faces.

Breathing too expensive for you? It would be real cheap then if you just stopped.

You giving it your best go for the AN idiot award are you?

Oh, let it go my friend. "They" are also still trying to sell penis pumps to the genitalia-ly challenged and convince folks that tenatis can be cured by tapping on a spoon held up to your skull. Nobody except the really gullible are buying these things.

Wow, thank you, Professor Obvious. Here I was, worried about people getting scammed, but you’ve reminded us all that unless it’s a full-blown cult with a spoon glued to their forehead, it’s not worth mentioning. Truly heroic how you wade into every post to remind the peasants not to overreact. We’d all be lost without your fearless campaign to downplay absolutely everything.

I appreciate your concern and it's good to alert people to scams but hey, you might want to give people the benefit of the doubt. Not everyone is as stupid as you might think.

try sleeping with a sleep apnea device and let me know what you think after... and those go for 40K bht upwards. this thing can work for mild sleep apnea... whereas I have severe...

Scientific Evidence on Nasal Dilators

  • Improved Nasal Patency: Studies have demonstrated that internal nasal dilators can significantly improve nasal patency (the openness of nasal passages), which may alleviate snoring and enhance sleep quality in individuals with nasal obstruction. PubMed Central

  • Support for CPAP Therapy: For patients with obstructive sleep apnea (OSA) using Continuous Positive Airway Pressure (CPAP) therapy, internal nasal dilators have been found to improve comfort and adherence to treatment by reducing nasal resistance.

I have tried some like those. They do work when they stay on, but rarely last through the night. The ones I bought didn't cost anywhere near that.

You can’t live your life based on exceptions.

I remember similar were popular with sportsmen twenty or thirty years ago, and I believe a friend used similar to address snoring twenty years ago.  I don’t know if it worked - we weren’t that close

Putting a piece of rubber or plastic on the outside of your nose isn't going to do anything.  Since the internal airway is smaller than the opening of your nose.

As stated, the internal device (expensive) would probably provide breathing relief, for whatever.

You pay 800 Baht for a restaurant meal for one - I can live for a week on that (alcohol excluded) :burp:  😁

Who wants to live like that? Are you licking up ants from the floor for the protein?

Have you ever tried one ???

I don’t use them fir sport but can clearly see why some do ???

- they allow you to breathe in so much more….  I’ve tested one before.

Only idiots pass so much judgement on something they’ve never tried…

NO ... as basic physics tells me, you can't squeeze more air through a small tube, simply because the the opening may be a wee bit larger at one end.

Yes a lot of runners are using them, nothing special.

Basic physics tells me if you widen the smallest part of a tube more air can flow through.

Specially if one side is a vacuum.

Basic physics tells me if your neck muscles relax during sleep, and your throat closes up a bit, widening your nose aperture will do nothing to help.

I can eat at home quite well for 800 baht mostly home made - no sodium glutamate.

Re the ants - never thought of that but serves two purposes - provides the protein and cleans the floor - I'm all for efficiency:cool:

Your basic physics is correct - your basic understanding of this product is not.

The difference is astonishing.

it’s definitely one of those ‘don’t knock it until you’ve tried it’ things….

Don’t judge from a position of ignorance.

Try ‘opening each of your nostrils wider) (pulling open with thumb & finger on each side then breathing through your nose - you’ll immediately notice the difference)

exactly this - Khun LA thinks the nostrils cannot be opened….

There sinuses are a huge void - getting air into them faster improves air intake - it’s just that simple…. That’s it..

More air intake - more O2 faster recovery (sports)

Some are ridiculing such a device because it looks stupid - I bet the fat belly of  those who pass judgement looks worse !!!! It’s not as if these items are being worn around shopping malls & in restaurants!

A lot of you quoting basic physics in lieu of simple biology when it’s clear you know nothing of either !!!
