Can't pay Shopee on computer but can on phone?

Anyone else have this issue. The last few months trying to pay as usual with Thai debit card on the website the order gets instantly cancelled by Shopee.

Immedietely go onto phone and put the order through again using the same payment method and it is accepted.

havent used shopee, but had a problem with lazada.

the lazada wallet seems to work on the phone, but not the website.

i'm guessing most thais are using the phone apps exclusively and they want us to use the phone app.
