since about 15 months or so I use Wise to get my pension from Germany to Thailand.

somebody in Germany had to pay me 24'990 THB and I gave him my Bangkok Bank bank account.

I received a message from Wise and I was told that that somebody had sent me the money but in order to identify myself I had to send them a picture of my passport and a facial picture. I did as requested and moments later I received a message from Wise that the money had been put on my account and the money is ready to use.

Well, Wise never transferred that money to my bank account that somebody had indicated to Wise.

Now, where is the money?

the somebody, my customer had used his credit card to put on his Wise account and transfer to me.

Can anybody in the know explain me how I can get that money?

I send a screenshot of what I can see when I open my Wise account.

That indicates that the money is in your "balance" with WISE, and that you can process it further, including use it with a WISE debit card, convert it to a different currency, or to deposit it to a bank account.

You as an account owner can specify a "transfer," where the money is added from your bank account, converted to THB, and deposited into a bank account of your choosing.

I haven't received any third party payments using WISE, but it makes sense that a third party payer can only send money to your WISE account, rather than to direct where the money should be deposited.

At this point, you can direct WISE to deposit part of all of your THB balance into a Thai bank account. The fee for a bank deposit into a Thai bank is THB45, regardless of the amount.

Thank you, Equatorial. In the meantime I have received instructions from WISE how to transfer:

To send money from a balance on your Wise Account, follow these steps:

Click on Home
Select the balance — in this case, THB
Click Send
Select or add your recipient bank account
Add the amount and click on Continue
Click on Confirm & send

You can also set up a transfer by clicking Send from the home screen, then choose to send from a balance.

I did a transfer of my UK military pension from my Wise borderless account on Thursday about 5pm under "Funds for long term stay in Thailand" Wise told me in would be in my Bangkok Bank account on Friday at 10am and I could draw on it by 2:13 on Friday afternoon.

Wise sent an email on Friday morning confirming it.

However it was available at 2"03pm, 10 minutes early again so I cannot post a reply complaining about that.

Grrrr.

You don't seem to be aware that if you select "long term stay" it will settle 2pm next day, if you select "living expenses" it will be instant

Please don't "assume" that you know more that anybody else.

You obviously missed the class on sarcasm.

I have been aware of it for many years as I have been doing both retirement and marriage extensions for the last 15 years, and my next marriage extension is due at the end of July. I am already doing the paperwork for that.

With a marriage extension you need 400,000 thb in the bank, OR a provable 40,000 thb per month.

For a retirement extension is is 800,00 in the bank, or 80,000 baht 80.000 provable income.

If YOU need more information, I suggest that you contact @DrJack54. He knows more that most people.

You seemed shocked it settled around 2pm, even though it's been that way for years

It appears the reason for sending money is not now selected from the pull down menu and personal expenses is being selected automatically (for me at least, sending GBP to BBL).  I think all BBL deposits going forward will show as international and follow the 2:00 o'clock timing.

There you go again, making assumptions.

You certainly missed the class on sarcasm.

Must be some issue at Bangkok Bank, a number of people have had issues and transfers returned

Why do you say that? I have always used "long term stay" out of habit and funds take a few seconds to appear in my Thai acc.
