Does this make it look more or less safe though? If I were a tourist, I'd rather think, why are the police here? What happened? Is it so unsafe here? Not sure if it would do the trick....

As a tourist I am thinking, is the air clean (PM2.5)? Are the 10 000 hanging cables in the streets safe (they are not)? Where can I find a place for me and my kids that is not smelling cannabis all over the place? Is the traffic safe? Is it safe for my kids to cross the road on the zebra-crossing (very dangerous)? I would concentrate on things like that. I as a tourist don´t care if someone is overstaying...

Maybe they could tailor AI to cut down on all the street brawls and make the actual experience the same as the brochure declares.

I am interested in this. Could you post a link to their brochure about street brawls?

My quote was regarding the lack-of information  in the brochures about street brawls
