NY Times headline today:

Official Pushed to Rewrite Intelligence So It Could Not Be ‘Used Against’ Trump
An assessment contradicted a presidential proclamation. A political appointee demanded a redo, then pushed for changes to the new analysis, too.

__________

Simple explanation:

Some of Mr. Trump's immigration orders require the declaration of an invasion on behest of the Venezuelan government.

Analysts said that there was no such invasion.

Analysts are fired.

If anyone can cross the border illegally then have their deportation blocked by some judge then that's the end of country. American voters have no recourse either. Vote all you want but the final say of whether you get invaded or comes down a single judge.

Nowhere else is better in that respect

I’m so impressed with the “highly educated “ left I’ve been reading about.

All these Magaman on AN are little Trump clones. Shouting incoherent meme frases and saying nothing of substance.

The leftists who claim they are “highly educated” compared to the Trump supporters need a serious internal audit.

Voters said they wanted illegal immigrants deported, and that's what's happening....so, yes!

voters wanting something changed or fixed does not equate to allowing the president to break the law. there are legal channels to follow to accomplish that same outcome but trump is a buffoon masquerading as a person. if you think intentionally breaking the law when directed directly not to do what he did rather than using current laws or passing new laws is appropriate you are also part of the problem not part of the solution.

“but Trump is a baffoon masquerading as a person “

But he is the POTUS living in the White House on Pennsylvania Avenue.

And your not.

He has the power and authority .  You don’t.

2032, if that soon is a long time to live in turmoil.

to mr thumbs down  explain why when a law is on the books and the court directs you to give due process first before deporting their is no reason not to as the person can be deported if they fail to present valid evidence on why they should be allowed to stay.

To ignore a direct ruling and just deport without due process is breaking the law and thats what trumps cultist appointees are doing.  now explain how they are not breaking the law and why they cant provide due process? Im betting you cant and wont give an answer

He is the president and took an oath to uphold the constitution of the United States correct? He spoke those words in his oath at his swearing in.

He is not doing that by breaking the law and ignoring direct rulings by the courts is he?

Electing someone to that position does not give them ANY authority to break the law , ignore court rulings or ignore the constitution.

you seem to be as ignorant about facts as your buffoon idol now arent you.

Show us where is given the authority to ignore the constitution or legal rulings by the courts. it will be good reading. Im thinking your trump univ legal degree expired or you missed class that day.

According to MAGA world it's fine for the President to breach his Office of Office to uphold the law? Hopefully it will not happen, but only yourselves, cowardly GOP  and the Supreme Court id you end up in a dictatorship / autocracy  in the coming three years. You already have a full on unshackled Trump family kleptocracy, so not too far to go.

It's going be a long 3 and a half years, buckle up buttercup.

Post one of you if you dare

Interestingly there are no public records available of many of these convictions available other than the claims presented by trumps minions. They also forget to included key information like the sentences were overturned or vacated or sentencing was completed.  Perhaps you can fill in the blanks of where and when these convictions occurred and the other details for us?

Again.  I'm always amazed at those who will defend Thailand immigration laws and refer to themselves a nothing but guests who need to obey those Thai immigrations laws to the letter, but when it comes to people crossing the border into their home country illegally and then getting deported to wherever their home country chooses to dump them, they suddenly bristle with indignation and concern over "the rights of illegal border breakers."

Freaking amazing.

Neither simple 1 or bubblegum are American

Did the victims of the illegal alien murderers, rapists get their due process?

Was due process followed the legal way to apply for entry into the USA when they illegally entered the country?  Did Biden follow due process when he flew them at taxpayer expense directly into the USA?

Of course not.  So Fuc/ them

Get off high horse “follow the law” BS.

Seems you cant answer the question asked can you? I knew you couldnt so its no surprise.

Where is he granted the authority to ignore the constitution, existing laws or judges rulings in legal cases? He cant and he doesnt have that authority does he? Just sit quietly hiding behind your keyboard being duped by a conman.

He was elected to be the President and serve the people by upholding the constitution and laws of America correct?  Its in he sworn oath and he isnt doing the duties he was elected to do by ignoring laws, judges orders and the constitution is he? No answer will be forthcoming Im sure,

If he wants to deport people for valid reason the courts have been crystal clear, give them due process first. He's too stupid to follow the rules because he thinks they dont apply and I guess you are in his same camp.

Show us the facts where biden flew any of them in. Facts not bs vomit from you trumpettes. Biden isnt  part of the discussion its about the illegal actions of trump.

Why dont you look up those deported illegally to see the cases they were convicted on and the outcome of sentencing and you wont find much as they are no available records on most all of them and the ones that are available show the sentences were completed, vacated or overturned.

If they were in the valid deportation category the facts would be available under due process and they could be deported easily, no questions and no objections. But when you have no clear facts to support that you lie and cheat and ignore your duty as president and thats not legal. You arent worth the discussion any longer as your head is too far up to see the truth. you have a great day.

Mr Mahoney,

Why did Biden allow them to enter the USA in the first place?
