My mother in law applied for this sor por go to chanote upgrade about 2 years ago but still nothing happened,how is it going for you if you (or your family) applied for this? (This the government started 2 years ago and runs for a 5 year period,anyone with spg land title can apply for a chanote upgrade)

So we went to the sor por go land reform office and was informed nobody got chanote yet,i doubt this..2 years on going,we had people in the village get chanote already..anyone have experience upgrading land title like this and is it normal it can take years?
