These are people already unstable and the drugs cause or increase states like paranoia, violent ideation etc.  Had a friend taking Wellbutrin to quit smoking said it caused extremely violent nightmares of murdering his ex wife freaked him out bad he had to quit taking it.

No kidding.

 

I had a close friend who was also taking Wellbutrin, this was back in '98, and he told me how he became prone to violent physical outbursts - with no trigger.

 

Scared him so he weaned off and switched to something called Zoloft. No violent outbursts after that.

 

As far as I know, he's been off those meds for probably 15 years and functioning "normally."

 

But naw, it's all good.

More details are emerging about the Boulder attack.  Mohamad Soliman had taken a course in gun use, but couldn't buy a gun because he wasn't a U.S. citizen.  He had been planning the attack for at least a year.  The number of injured has been raised to 12.

No f them. I'm still pissed my newly assembled road bike got stolen a few years ago (I'm from Boulder). 99.9% sure it was one of the gangs that operate out of Denver and go around stealing bikes from peoples houses.
