thai guy out.

His wife didn't know that i can speak thai and when i listen to what she told the police i understood rigth away she was lying.I told the police what had happened and his wife get shocked and didn't know what to say anymore.

The police told him to stay in a hotel or another place until he get sober before he went back home.

They gave him a fine 2000 baht.Case closed.

Great job. I have to say police in Thailand do seem to be quite sensible most of the time. It could have ended a lot worse in many countries for the guy.

Because it's not a "problem". Isolated instances of crimes that are extremely rare are not a reason to restrict travel for 60 million people. It's just a knee-jerk overreaction by a commission, which by the way is mostly made up of feminist career women.

This is the real problem, that Filipinos are forced to go abroad to make a decent wage, when their own country cannot provide decent paying jobs even for university graduates.

Did you not get the part where 98 % of those people stopped are just legiitimate couples, not victims of "human traffickers"? Even in Philiipines women are complaining they can't leave the country.

Human trafficking is not a big problem, it is a phantom crime pushed by feminists mostly that practically never happens. Have you ever met any one that was "human trafficked" Neither have I. I have, howeve,r met people who say they were unjustly offloaded in Phil, due to the massive overreaction in Phil to this supposed human trafficking issue.

Because they make it up! There is NO LAW in Philiippines that requires a woman leaving to have a CFO certificate. NONE. These immigration officers made up this policy out of thin air on instruction from this commission that seeks to curb "human trafficking". Even Filipinas are confused about this, they don't even know, these requirements change all the time, and indeed are dependent on which immigration officer you come up against.

You making to much fuzz about an online application

They didn't have their papers in orders, and you overreacting on behalf of others again. Get over it.

Ignorance at its best calling it out as feminism. I have said what  need to say in this case. There is limits how many times we should need to bang our heads in the wall because of pure Ignorance

I agree with u.They try to solve the case that's best for the people who gets involved.

Anyway if drugs involved people get big problems.

If you drive your ST date back to her bar, you're human trafficking.

That's the law as it is now, but not as it was originally intended.

It's not the CFO certificate process alone. The problem is that this requirement is totally arbitrary, like rolling the dice. Some immigration officers will implement, some won't, some will be very strict and require the CFO others won't. The only way you find out is if you already bought tickets and your Filipina is trying to board the flight and she can't. Which means you just lost 200 dollars or more. Besides if you had all the documents you can STILL be offloaded if the immigration officers decides they don't believe you, and they will ask trick questions to get you to contradict yourself, there's a whole list of reasons they have the power to offload even if you have ALL the documents.

It wasn't just on behalf others, I had this exact problem. I had to fly to Bangkok, get an affidavit of support notarised in the Philippines embassy, where of course you can't just walk in, you have to make an appointment, so I was stuck in Bangkok for several days just for this s**t.

Yes, I am calling it out as feminism.  The Phillipines Inter-Agency Council Against Trafficking includes members such as the "Executive Director of Coalition Against Trafficking of Women-Asia and the Pacific". Who is that?

It's  Jean Enriquez. She is a known advocate for women's rights and has been working on women's issues in various countries in South Asia and the Mekong Region.

Here is a full list of the members of the Coalition against Trafficking of Women, all women, all feminists:

"Human trafficking" is not "human" trafficking, it's women trafficking, and feminists the world over have hijacked this phantom crime as a vehicle to peddle their feminist agenda and as a means to get free and well paid government financed jobs. It never even existed as a crime until the late 90s, and came up at the same time as hardcore femiinism emerged.

Of coures, being Norwegian you're not sensitized to this, as all your politicians are feminists as well.

Human trafficking is the act of recruiting, transporting, transferring, harboring, or receiving individuals through force, fraud, or coercion for the purpose of exploitation.  As I was recruited by several law firms and was greatly exploited there because I was coerced to earn a living I'm a victim of human trafficking.

I was recruited in London and flown to a Caribbean hell-hole, Grand Cayman, where I had to work 8 hours at a desk producing the most tedious documents. You can't imagine the hell I've been through.

Oh you worked in Labuan? In the financial centre? What was that like?

I think the number of Filipinas you have to "force" into prostitution you can count on one hand frankly. 90% of women there do the serial dating thing, which is basically prostitution "light".

I've been to Philippines several times. Mostly Manila. The young filipina women are often good looking - like the Thai. But only until around 25 (as someone said), then the filipina go pear-shaped from eating Jolibee and Shakeys Pizzas. America's dietary legacy to their former colony. It's usually because they've married young, by the age of 20 quite often, and have a child almost yearly. In any case, the filipina women (IMO) of all ages are nice people in general, whereas the filipino men are a bit aggressive - more than Thais. Once married, the women can't get divorced (in their country), so that complicates things for a new western boyfriend (including a friend of mine) if their husbands are deadbeat losers. It's why many end up in the sex trade (maybe not too different to Thai women from poorer regions where divorce is not a problem, but feeding 2-3 kids is). Thailand's development is better than the Philippines by far (why it's cheap to holiday over there). Why anyone would bring a casual filipina girlfriend to Thailand I don't know.

I do agree with this. It is quite easy to develop a good vibe with a Filipina.

Because he likes her and to have sex, just a wild guess.

I had a regular pinay girl age 28 in Malaysia. She was gorgeous and wery nice.and a tiger in bed

The different i find out is that pinays r much better keep what they promise compared to Thais If she said I come to meet u 9 oclock etc she allways on time.Thais can say 9 oclock and they shove up at midnight.Anyway their the same as thais allways talking about money.Im divorced my exwife from Thailand 8 years ago and will never ever get married again.I love my freedom to do whatever i want to do

   That's annoying that is .

The clock strikes  midnight and they shove it up .

Especially when you are asleep and they don't even ask first .

Midnight and it gets shoved up , so rude

It's... you're (you are).

I'm not looking for thanks.

I was down on 4 and cowboy late afternoon early evening and staff pretty much grateful for anything comes thier way. So much so one pub on cowboy thought it ok to just keep 20b on 80b beer. Nope and no tip!!

Beware friends, it's low season and in addition the entire pub scene is crashing and burning. It's been on life support for years, but this might be it

Even the drinks girlies I bought two pints for them and they split it between themselves. I enjoyed their company, they got drunk. It's all good. Tourists like you never get away with this. As a rule I don't buy drinks girlies lady drinks. They can chat with me or not. I'm happily married. Not barfining those old birds. Once you establish yourself as local and can speak some Thai the game changes.

Keep laying down those big tips in Patpong gay bar GG. The gay love you long time 🤣🤣

Must be getting warmer in Grimsby now Spring upon us.

That's my experience with Filipinas as well. They are more willing do the really dirty things and then enjoy it. The Thais will do it, but they don't enjoy as much. Filipinas can get really into it.
